Paul from the sales team provided a top notch experience when we purchased the vehicle!! Tony is my service rep and he is amazing!!! I cannot say enough great things about this dealership and the folks that work there!! Highly recommend!!!”

It was a new world for me and they took the time out to make sure I understood the whole process and was very thorough with every step. I highly recommend Chris and Dave. “My Service Consultant, Tony Parsons, greeted me as I came through the door. This was my first experience at the Service Dept. Tony explained the process in detail. Made me feel comfortable being uncomfortable. I left my car and went back to work. I received a text within 10mins from Tony to let me know if I had any questions I could utilize this # to communicate quickly. An hour later I received a text with a link to a video that the Service Technician recorded as he went through the good and possible need for service on my car. I could see what he was inspecting and he described what was going on. Awesome! That link also lead me to accept or decline the services he recommended getting taken care of. The services were individually priced and flagged with levels of importance. When I picked up my car it was vacuumed and interior wiped down. Super impressed with the Dreyer Reinbold South team!”

“Outstanding service! Brought my 2018 M550i in for a pre-purchase inspection, and there were some small items found for repair. Tony worked with my extended warranty to get things moving forward for repair…Tony handled all the calls and the warranty paperwork despite his work load. Super impressed with their customer service from the front beginning to end. Tony, Mike and front desk lady (I think her name is Meghan) were awesome. I didn’t meet the tech who handled my work, but everything was in order and clean. Thank you all for the great customer service and work!”

“I would recommend them to anyone looking to get OEM service and repair. Since the past 3 years, I’ve never had a problem booking an appointment or getting back my car in time. They keep you updated through their text messaging system and calling them directly is also always a breeze. Their diagnostic system is also quite intuitive and easy to understand and lets you pin point the exact repairs and how early it needs your attention.
Recently, I gave in my car for an engine oil change and diagnostic, for which I had booked a rental car substitute. They called the Enterprise folks at the dealership and I was quickly sent on my way in only 10 minutes after giving my car. The return process was smooth and effortless. Moreover, having good connectivity from the bypass makes back-and-forth trips easily possible.
Thanks a lot for taking care of my car all these years, I look forward to my next service appointment!”
