I had such a fantastic experience with Jason L. and his team at Greenwich Ford! From start to finish, everyone was friendly, accommodating, and incredibly professional. They made the entire buying process smooth, easy, and stress-free. A special thanks to Amy, Jason S., Jeff, and the rest of the team who went above and beyond to make sure everything went perfectly. They even delivered my car right to me with a friendly smile! I just bought a vehicle from Greenwich Ford. I have dealt with multiple dealerships over the years and my experience at Greenwich Ford was phenomena. The whole team was exceptional. Right from the start Alix (point of contact) was great. My salesperson Joshua was fabulous, he was professional, courteous, and friendly. The manager Daniel was friendly and professional. He made a point of coming out of his office to meet me. Justin the Finacle person was courteous, professional and went over the details of the deal, to make sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend Greenwich Ford. Great dealership in a beautiful area of NY.

After many years of buying and owning 15+ year old vehicles from private sellers, I decided this year that I finally wanted to take that next big step and buy a really nice, modern truck, and I had built up enough good credit over the years to finance one. I take my taste in vehicles very seriously and did not want to settle. I specifically sought out a 2015-2017 Ford F-150 Supercrew with a 6.5 foot bed and a 5.0L V8, with the 302A package and either blue or green in color. After many months of frustrating searches, passing up and missing out on listings from other dealerships, my dream truck showed up at this dealership with a fair price for the mileage and in stellar condition both inside and out. I called up the next morning and was put in touch with sales rep Amy Burns, who led in her introduction that she is an owner of one of these trucks and loves them dearly. She provided outstanding assistance throughout the sale from financing to making sure I could put a deposit down and secure the truck until I had time to go out and see it in person, and even sent additional pictures of the truck while it was being serviced prior to sale. I drove out the next day to finish the deal and pick up the truck. The only couple of hiccups were with my insurance company and having to wait for them to set everything up for the truck, and me forgetting my down payment was higher than the daily limit on my debit card (instead of being smarter and taking a little bit of extra time to stop by my credit union and get a cashier's check), but Amy made it all work. After all was said and done, I drove off the lot a very happy customer as a first-time buyer from a dealership. Working as a service technician in another dealership, this experience helped me gain a new perspective of the sales department. I'd like to thank Amy Burns and everyone else involved in the service, financing and delivery of my forever-truck, and if any of you out there read this and see something you like, go for it and give them call! You may just find something too good to pass up that you drive 4-5 hours for it like I did.

What did Greenwich Ford and my sales representative Amy Burns do well on my just delivered custom built SuperDuty? One word, Everything! This is my fourth SuperDuty from my friends in Greenwich and I've loved my past rides and sales experiences, but this new 2025 F350 truly surpassed all prior experiences and my expectations. Amy continued to be superb, thorough the entire process- into the details and a great communicator. Based on my customer experience and what I'm sure others have had, I would like to have Ford Motor consider and recognize Amy Burns as Sales Person of the Year - based on Amy's unwavering customer satisfaction focus. I recently purchased my first new vehicle from Greenwhich Ford. I initially wasn’t searching for a Ford truck but after hearing very good things through the grapevine from past customers I decided to check it out. My first visit I was greeted by Amy Burns. After speaking with Amy I knew i was going to be in good hands and decided I was going to stick with her. She worked with me closely and for a good length of time (months) helping me find exactly what I wanted. After making my choice I drove it off the lot that day. The whole experience was enjoyable from the start to end. She was very knowledgeable on all the various vehicles I was looking at and test driving and answered all my questions. I never once felt pressured. Even after my purchase we continue to stay in touch. Greenwhich Ford has gained a customer.
