“I’ve taken my vehicle for service to Smail for years and the service has definitely gone down hill. They used to wash my vehicle
Everytime I have it in there and that hasn’t happened for many times ago. Seems trivial but when you are handicapped and can’t wash your own vehicle it really means alt for them to do it Also, pricing is OUTRAGEOUS at Smail. To do a diagnostics on it cost $180-something Advance Auto does for free. $80 to plug a machine in under the dash and the computerized machine does the rest. Highway robbery if you ask anyone!
The personalized service is very poor anymore. Used to be as soon as you get out of your vehicle you would hear “good morning Mrs. __” Now you wait for someone to come wait on you. VERY DISAPPOIBTED what their service has become”

He returns calls quickly with answers to questions, especially with all the new electronics I am not accustomed to using.”

“If you’re looking for a Honda vehicle, ask for Carlos. He is very professional and knowledgeable! Carlos assisted in leasing a 2026 CRV EX and made the process very easy. No pressure tactics, answered all our questions and concerns. BEWARE ! Currently the 2026 CRV is experiencing glitches with Apple CarPlay if your Apple phone operates IOS 18.5. CarPlay does not work properly in this platform. Honda has assured us they are working with Apple to correct the glitches in the next update, possibly mid September. Otherwise the CRV EX is a GREAT Honda product.”
