“I had warranty work done. The experience was horrible! Had an appointment on a Wednesday morning for ticking sound. I called the following Friday, they still didn’t have a diagnosis. I was told the tech that was assigned didn’t hear the ticking. So I had to wait for somebody else to look at it. It wasn’t until Monday for somebody to look at it. I knew it was probably the camshaft with a bad lifter and I was right. Communication here is horrible. I would call weekly for an update, 5 minutes to let me know what’s going on shouldn’t be a problem. I would get voicemails a couple times a day for a couple of days a week before I could get somebody on the phone. I would never get a call back. I was told one week that parts would be there Friday and they will get started on it. Awesome. I call that Monday and confirmed that parts arrived Friday but the tech assigned to my truck is off on Monday, and they’ll get started Tuesday. No big deal. I understand, but this has really been a big inconvenience for me going with out a vehicle. They have failed to get me into a loaner. Chrysler corporate tried getting me a rental at enterprise but everytime I called enterprise they had no vehicles for me even though they had my reservation, but that’s a separate issue. Atleast they tried. So I called gso dodge that Friday and they still have not started on my truck! I then got told they didn’t get all the parts till Wednesday. Umm, no, you already confirmed they were there Monday. I finally get the call Wednesday that the truck is done, but they want to put a few miles on it to make sure there’s no leaks, or anything else comes up. I agree, I don’t want to pick up my truck with another problem wrong with it. The next day around 11am I get the call that they put the miles on it, everything looks good and I’m free to pick up my truck. Now, here’s where it gets ridiculous. I call back around 330 that afternoon to let them know I won’t be off of work before they close but I’m sending my dad to pick up the keys so I can get my truck when I do get off work. He shows up there at 445. Nobody can find my truck or keys! So I look up on my phone where my truck is and it’s sitting in Adam’s farm neighborhood at a house! The story I got told is that a tech didn’t know the miles got put on it and put it upon hisself to drive it home for the night. Sounds like he just wanted to burn up somebody else’s gas. My dad said he smelt clean and was in casual wear, out of uniform when he brought my truck back. All the service manager could say is “I’m sorry.” This has been an extremely frustrating experience. I’ve never dealt with something as unprofessional as here. I wouldn’t recommend getting a bulb change here. The customer service and communication is horrible here. Too top everything off after a tank of gas the ticking is back! My truck was there for about 6 weeks. I knew it wouldn’t be a quick process but they didn’t make it any easier.”

“G.C.D.J.R repaired my 2020 ram 1500, brandy, the service writer took all my information and scheduled my car to be repaired. She kept me informed by email and reaching out via phone. The service repair was quicker than the estimate repair time. I’m pleased with the whole experience and my truck is running and sounding amazing. “I highly recommend. Everette was amazing he was able to help trade in my Jeep Wrangler 2015 to a New Jeep Wrangler 2025. I went to other dealerships and I thought it was almost impossible to trade in my Jeep because of the short amount of time I’ve had it , but they made it happen under conditions and terms I was pleased with. His team was very very helpful.”

“Esco was great! He listened to me when I expressed my concerns about my vehicle. He answered any and all questions about the work that was needed. When I didn't request a necessary procedure he made sure to educate me on what really needed to be done and I wasn't forced into getting other repairs done. My car drives a lot smoother and I'm greatful for him and the mechanic that did the repairs. My car was ready when they told me it would be ready and I'm extremely happy about that! Thanks”
