“My first experience with Flow Volkswagen's service department has been such a disappointment. The sales team provided excellent service and we were quite pleased with their efficiency. That was in November; however, the first servicing was the exact opposite. I waited for over 2 hours for the fluids to be checked and the tires rotated. When I finally checked at the service desk, my paperwork was placed on the counter with the keys (for no-telling how long). One service worker was in a lengthy discussion with a customer. 2 other workers were sitting in their offices. Finally, one of them noticed that I was unhappy (which is an understatement) and came to the counter so I could pay and finally go home. The reason I am posting is so people will understand what they can expect AFTER they sign on the dotted line. I did give them 2 stars because they have a comfortable area for customers to wait (and wait and wait...). Laura P.”
