“Came into this dealership after having a vehicle listed for sale privately. I was messaged from this dealership saying they wanted to buy my car. I explained I was not willing to come in and waste my time if they were not going to give me the price point I wanted. After countless messages back and forth, the salesman promised the price I had wanted and told me if I came into the dealership they could get me the offer I had wanted. Finally went into the dealership with the thought in my mind that they would give me the price I wanted and would be a fast easy process. Salesman was only worried about trying to get me to buy a Mazda knowing I was not wanting to buy a new car , I was only there to sell. After 2 hours, finally gave me the offer for my car. The offer ended up being $4,000 less than what I was promised. Felt like a slap in the face. I had wasted all of this time coming to this dealership thinking I was getting what I was promised but instead was just lowballed and taken advantage of. Very shady and will never be going back.”

“I was very displeased with my service here. Especially the manager. His attitude towards me was horrible. They tried to give me a broken key and I am still waiting in a key to be made. I only asked him for a new key since that one was broken and he told me I didn’t have to buy the car then. Since I paid cash I immediately asked for a refund. 5 minutes later the salesman came out and told me they would have a key made for me. I am still waiting.”
