This place is awful. I was there for an oil change and inspection service with my maintenance package on August 8th. I asked them to check my right tires which one had a nail and one my low pressure service light was coming on for. I was given my vehicle back and they had not even looked at the tires, told me they were in perfect condition. I had to again say something because the service light was still on and neither tire concern had been looked at. They took it back into service and removed the nail and all they did was put air in the other one that the light was coming on for and said it was fine. My service light came back on and I had to get my tire serviced somewhere else completely. Honda had told me that my rear brakes, one was in critical condition and one in moderate condition for my inspection. I took my car in somewhere else for service today and paid for them to be serviced since this dealership said I needed it and quoted me at $549 for them. My rear brakes never needed to be done so I wasted my money and time having them serviced somewhere else for nothing due to this dealership telling me I needed them. DO NOT GO HERE and do not trust them! They will leave your car in unsafe condition and have you wasting money and time!! I probably didn’t even need the rear differential service I paid them almost $200 for after taxes and fees!! DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!! I’m coming back to edit this now on 2/2/26…… A service light came on for my vehicle yesterday and I went to have it ran. Guess what the service light is for? My rear differentials that this place serviced just 5 months ago! I called them to see if they would rectify it by at least taking a look at what they did…. To which they told me I would need to pay for them to look at the rear differentials. AGAIN……. DO NOT GO HERE! Side note - I went to Wilde Toyota for my last oil change two weeks ago and had no issues. They also did not try to con me into any extra services I didn’t need. I definitely appreciated their ethical and professional practice given my experience here.

Was new car shopping and despite the trailer-park-dive-bar ambiance (their main office and showroom is currently undergoing construction) the sales staff (Billy/William) and office manager (John) were fantastic! My wife and I had a great experience with everything from the initial test drive and throughout the entire purchasing process! Highly recommend Rosen Honda. Billy/William is a musical artist and even sang happy birthday to me! 11/10 customer service all the way around!

I am very pleased with my experience at Rosen Honda! I came in to look at a Certified used CRV Sport Touring. Chris & his staff were great help! I felt no pressure, and experienced nothing but a willingness to help get me what I wanted. I wound up receiving fair trade in on my truck & they completed a dealer trade to get me into my new '26 CRV Sport Touring in the color I preferred. Thank you to the sales team for your patience & help getting me what I needed! They will be my first consideration when it comes time to my next purchase.

I went in on a whim to see what my options were, was not expecting to leave in a new to me vehicle. Billy was very helpful, called to let me know a vehicle I inquired about had been sold, but found me other vehicles I wouldn't have thought to look at & showed me options for what I could spend. He was also all around nice, informative, & no pressure, which is something I appreciate, especially with such a big deal purchase for myself. Sidenote, it's SO cute inside!
