It is a very clean customer friendly environment very inviting. Everyone here is so nice even when you called and it is very easy for you to reach the representative you worked with And on top of all of those things, the managers come out to meet the customers and thank them for purchases. This place is unbelievable. If you’re having any second thoughts, stop thinking some shop here. And almost forgot they work with people that no one else will work with this place is legit unbelievable when you get there, ask for Tony Rosenfeldt sales representative he’s awesome”

“I am done with this location. Second time and I waited almost three hours for ONE oil change. I also was met with attitude by my service advisor. Another service advisor kept trying to assist me and Steve would interject but not really want to help. I presented a coupon and he had another attitude. I always have to come check and see if my car is done here. Oak creek has better amenities and a cleaner space with nicer staff. I will go back there. I was also asked to give a 5 star rating after explaining how my service went and was barely given an apology before a request to leave a good rating. Sucks because when I purchased my car here last March, everyone was amazing. Rating is solely on service department.”

They let us test drive without the salesman awkwardly riding in back along with us, which was nice. We were interested but unsure, and there was no pressure at all. They answered our questions (or got answers), let us leave to do our homework, and when we returned to purchase - they made sure we both felt comfortable with the deal.
