βI went to Gandrud for an oil change on 2/21/26 explained I had an oil leak. Technician said they would take a look. Once the oil change was completed, no mention of the oil leak, therefore I had to ask the young man about the oil leak. He asked the technician and said nothing was leaking. I took their word and $86 later I left. I did have an appointment in 2/24/26 for brakes at a different auto shop and was told I had an oil leak and it was the engine oil filter adapter. I called Gandrud on 2/25/26 to have a technician inspection the oil leak. The reception took down my name and number to have a service advisor return my call. Two hours later no call, still no call, so I tried to get someone in the service department before I had to go to work. Just trying to get the service department was a horrible experience including getting hung up twice. Needless to say, I called Bergstrom in Kaukauna, was forwarded to the service department, and an appointment was made for 2/26/26. I did receive a call back from a service advisor at 4:00pm.
2/26/26, I am at Bergstrom and waiting for the diagnosis for my vehicle. It was verified the engine oil filter adapter is leaking, but now it was recommended to perform an oil change because the oil needs to be drained to replace the parts. I am an unhappy and frustrated customer. This could have been avoided if the technician would have been competent and listened to the customers concerns AND/OR if he was not sure, ask someone with more experience. Asking someone does not mean you are less capable, it does make a person become more knowledgeable. Life is about learning, no matter how old a person is.
So, in a nutshell, my oil change is going to cost me approximately $150.β

βSo I am on my 3rd vehicle from Gandrud. I bought the first two and somehow after speaking with Matt, the sales manager, he has me leasing a brand new Ram, and the payment is almost where my old one was. He really nailed all the intricacies and advantages of leasing a vehicle. I would also like to thank Eric Rand, our finance guru, for being able to get through the new system so professionally and getting us on our way. Our biggest thanks goes out to our sales person Erick Alvarez. Thanks for being such a kind and knowledgeable guy. If you need a vehicle, go to Gandrud, talk to Erick, very knowledgeable and customer focused, really helpful and itβs always great to work with someone who enjoys their job. Erick really went overboard to help us have a great experience! Thanks again Gandrud!β

βKasey in sales and Eirk in finance department were both great. We did 90% of all the work via phone and text and when it came time to finish things up at the dealership it was so smooth. They were open to all questions and made it a no pressure experience buying a vehicle. Highly recommend!β

βMy first time visiting and buying from Gandrud. I was searching for a new Dodge Durango with the Tow and Go package. There was only one in a 200 mile radius from where I live in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and that was at Gandrud in Green Bay. I made an online availability inquiry and was immediately contacted by Lynette Acker. She did a great job of coordinating my trade in information and arranging for me to drive down to look at their Durango. Gandrud accommodated my needs and accepted my counter offer on trade in allowance. The purchase process went easily and quickly. Lynette reviewed all the vehicles functions very patiently and took great care that my new vehicle was absolutely perfect before delivery. I left the dealership very satisfied and happy with my purchase. Great job by all involved at Gandrud.β

I worked with Kasey, who was very professional, kind and had a great listening ear to help me into my new ride. Eric helped me understand the paperwork very clearly when it came time for me to sign.
