“We just purchased our second Mazda from Chris Bulick at Bergstrom in Green Bay. We had a great experience 2 yrs ago when we purchased our 2024 Mazda 3 Sedan, and when we brought it in to service an issue we were having with it, we noticed a 2025 CX5, sitting in the showroom. We really liked the CX5 and before our Sedan was fixed, we decided to trade it in! Chris Bulick helped us easily with the trade in and sale, no pressure, answered all of our questions, and got us a great interest rate too! We recommend Bergstrom Mazda in Green Bay for their professional service all the way around!”

“If you are contemplating buying a Mazda I highly recommend Bergstrom automotive in Green Bay and I recommend even more The professional , friendly and knowledgeable young salesman I worked with in Sawyer Laplant. If you want to be treated with respect and want somebody that is very knowledgeable about Mazdas and willing to work with you you are not going to get a better salesman than Sawyer. And if you want to know why please take the time to read the rest of my review. I bought a used 2021 Mazda CX-5 on December 18th. My salesman (Sawyer Laplant) was knowledgeable about the vehicle I was buying, patiently answered each and every question I had, walked outside and went over the vehicle thoroughly with me and explained my paperwork and all of the Bergstrom policies. One of the policies Bergstrom automotive carries is a 7-day Return on your vehicle if you are not 100% satisfied. After a few days I realized I did not want the cylinder deactivation on my vehicle. Although it is Bergstrom's policy I was apprehensive to call and notify my salesman that I wanted to return the vehicle for a 100% refund. I know everybody has returned things because a store or someone had a full return policy and has run into issues returning it. I cannot tell you how impressed I was at the ease of returning my vehicle with my salesman. I had planned on returning the vehicle, taking a full refund and looking into buying a newer vehicle in the near future. Sawyer not only Treated me with the utmost respect in taking the vehicle back but he took the time to talk with me about other vehicles on their lot that did not have the cylinder deactivation. He went over and above anything I would have expected in a salesman and I ended up buying a new 2025 Mazda CX-5 today. I left the dealership happy with my new purchase and even happier with the way I was treated and the fact that Bergstrom and my salesman backed their seven day return policy making sure their customer was fully satisfied.”

“We have bought 3 vehicles from Chris Bulik at Bergstrom Mazda of GB and will be buying a 4th this winter or spring. I believe it starts with having a dedicated sales person that really gets the experience their customers are looking for and goes above and beyond what is expected. We have found that in Chris. The service deparment at Bergstrom Mazda GB is top notch as well and making sure everything with the vehicle is as it should be or fixing it. 2 years ago when we bought our van it ended up needing to have a rebuilt transmission placed in it and Bergstrom took care of that for us while providing us with a loaner and it was all covered under their 3mo/3,000 mile warranty! This current vehicle there was a noise and they gave me a loaner so they could keep my car until they could get the noise figured out. They do not haggle on price, which would be the only downside like if paying cash it would be nice to have some wiggle room, but we feel they are competetivly priced. We have bought from many dealers over the years and Bergstrom has been our best experience by far! No going from dealer to dealer either, within the Bergstrom dealerships, because they will bring the cars to where you are working with. My daughter's car was brought from Madison and while it means you can't test drive the same day at least you're not driving around either. She liked the car brought from Madison and bought it after the test drive. If you have tried Bergstrom in the past and not been completely pleased, give a different sales person a try and indicated why you weren't pleased in the past. They will make it right.”

He made the process super easy and stress-free, answering every question honestly without any pressure.
