If I could give a -5 star review, I would. I needed a new transmission placed in my 2018 ford explorer. I took it in on Monday Feb. 2, 2026 Worked directly with Dee and let’s just say his communication skills are less than a 2 year old learning to speak. I was getting one phone call a week. MAYBE. Stated on Friday Feb. 6th that my warranty company was the ones not reaching back out and that it had been 3+ days since they heard anything. Well why wouldn’t he be trying to contact them asking what’s up with that? By Feb. 9th they heard that the warranty company approved everything and that transmission was coming in supposedly. Then a week and a week and half goes by and he still hasn’t contacted me. Finally when I got him on the line.. on Feb. 20th… the transmission never came in and instead of calling the parts place asking why it didn’t show up, he just kept silent. I am a very understanding person and know things happen - especially with parts being on back order. But again, why wasn’t I told what was going on. Anyway, I called a few times in the week and never got an answer from anyone and when I finally got someone, I had a snobby girl who answered the phone who got snappy with me when I asked if someone else was available to speak to me about my vehicle since Dee wasn’t in. She told me I’d have to talk to the manager, who shocker, didn’t answer his phone. Finally I Dee’s voicemail. He finally called me after the week and a half (on a Friday morning) to let me know the transmission never showed up but it SHOULD be there by next Tuesday Feb 23rd. Well come Monday I tried to get ahold of Dee, and surprise!!! Can’t get ahold of him. I left a voicemail stating I’d be keeping track of each time I tried to contact them. He finally called me Tuesday 2/24 to say the transmission came in yesterday and that I could get my vehicle today. I got home and was reading through my paperwork and they also lied on my inspection, saying I stated all these issues when I only ever mentioned my transmission to them. will never do business with them again. They tried to take advantage of a girl who doesn’t know a a whole lot about vehicles (but has a boyfriend who is an industrial mechanic) and tried to upsell me things that were not NEEDED.

Edit: Their service manager did call me and apologize for the mistake. They brought my car in very quickly and fixed the broken parts at no cost. I bought my car from their partner dealership several years ago and had a great experience. However, I have now had two negative experiences with their Quick Lane service department. I went in for a standard oil change and was told all my vehicle’s fluids would be checked and topped off. The day after my oil change my low windshield wiper fluid indicator came on. Was incredibly frustrating and makes me worry about what other fluids they didn’t check. I did reach out to the dealership via their “contact us” link to share my experience. No one reached out to me. My second experience is regarding my cabin air filter cover. After opening my glove box the other day, I discovered that instead of unscrewing the cover the technician ripped it off and the screws appear to be stripped. I will not be returning to this dealership for service and would not recommend.

We've had positive experiences every time we visit Bergstrom Ford. The service has been excellent. The employees have been professional and friendly. The waiting area is exceptionally pleasant. Great coffee available! We've never been "up sold" for anything. It's a great place to do business!

Trevor is outstanding! He helped me with my first car and made me feel comfortable about all the numbers and the whole process he got me a great deal! Now 2 1/2 years later I am now on my 2nd car that has even more modern features that suits my taste with an even better deal then the first. I’m giving 5 stars because I felt safe to make a big purchase without having a lot of knowledge about buying my first car Thanks Trevor!

My partner and I just bought our first dealership car from Manny and the experience was amazing. We were both very nervous about buying a car because we don’t know how to barter but Bergstrom’s upfront pricing made it so easy! We were able to bundle all the extra services in an easy to understand way so we had incredible peace of mind driving off the lot. Manny walked us through every step of the way and even continued to support us after the sale when we had questions we forgot to ask before we left. We are now driving a nicer car than we ever hoped for in our budget and Bergstrom earned two life long customers.
