“I couldn’t be happier with my experience purchasing my new car! In the past, going to a dealership was a daunting task (as a female) due to dishonest salesmen only looking out for themselves rather than the customer. I was pleasantly surprised with how wrong I was this time! Jackson was the salesmen who handled everything for me. He was transparent, friendly, honest and answered any question I had. I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision to purchase a car right away. 10/10 experience that I hope everyone gets to experience!”

“This was by far, not my best experience at the dealership. I was not happy about the lack of discretion with my service and felt badly about others in the waiting room who had their diagnosis and cost assessment read out loud in front of everyone - making me uncomfortable personally and likely the recipient of that feedback as well. I have a unique situation in my car - and would have appreciated a more professional, discretionary "call out" in the waiting room. I have been to the dealership in the past with this same situation, and they handled it with far more compassion, support and care. I have made note of this so that I if make future appointments with service coordinators, I'll be more selective in who I schedule with accordingly.”

“Oil change and tire rotation took 1.25 hours, not bad. Checked out everything looked fine. Next day drove 10 minutes and warning light came on for the Tire Monitoring System, stayed on. Called dealer, couldn't get in for 6 days. So, had someone come to my house from ANOTHER repair shop and he had to put on a sensor on TMS to "relearn". Took 10 mins. When Bergstrom rotates tires, requirement to reset monitoring - should be an automatic process considering how many tires they rotate. Was so quick to fix, but they couldn't have me come in, check it and reset TMS the next day when it was their fault. Very inconvenient for the customer. Also now question their quality of work. Car is 2025 with 2500 miles on it. Spoke to neighbor had the same TMS issue after Bergstrom rotated tires. Where is the quality control? Where is the customer service?Six days is not acceptable especially for a dealer created problem. Car was fine before taking in, not fine after they work on it, so customer should have option to quickly return for correction.”

“My experience at the dealership was flawless from calling to confirm the vehicle was available that I wanted to getting the finances secured. I was able to come in and sign documents when the vehicle arrived at the lot and drive away with my vehicle within an hour. The only wait time was to wait for my vehicle to get to the dealership.”
