I just had my first great car-buying experience with Frank Brewster at Subaru of Greeley. I drove up from Thornton to test drive a newer model of the car I was currently driving. I came prepared with all my documents, along with a recent offer on my current vehicle. Frank took time during the test drive to explain the features that differ from my 2018 Forester and the 2023 model. The negotiating process was relatively painless (see current offer on my vehicle), and we found a price that worked for everyone. When I was reviewing the 150-point inspection and realized I hadn't checked out some of the features, Frank pulled my car back around. I also inquired about an extra key, since certified pre-owned vehicles come with two, and the service department had already ordered an extra, and promised to ship it to me once it arrives. Alex in Finance was lovely as well. I didn't realize my debit card had a daily limit that wouldn't cover my payment, and they worked with me to get the issues resolved so I could pay and not have any follow-up. The dealership also offered to send me an additional temporary tag if there was any delay in my titling and registration. In total, I was in and out with my different car in about 3 hours. I left feeling content and happy that I had been able to connect with Frank. I would happily recommend Subaru of Greeley to anyone and hope to return when I need my next vehicle.”

“I went in to look at their choice for Foresters. We had a very nice, enthusiastic salesman (Rusty). He got me into the car I was looking for with plenty of excellent options and it happened to be a dealer special so I got a fantastic price! We wanted to take a picture after the financial part of the deal was completed; we went out to get my car and met Frank! He is a salesman and is super knowledgeable and spent a fair amount of time with me pointing out all the features of the car and how to use each one of them. He also gave me a notebook to write down questions and the scheduling information to go back in in a few weeks to get all of those questions answered and review anything that I would like to know more abound. FANTASTIC knowledge and customer service! Super happy that I drove to Greeley today to look at their cars! UPDATE: I went into the dealership about 5 weeks after my purchase and met with Todd... He is also super knowledgeable and showed me things about the technology within the Subaru.
