“The people there did a great job getting me into a vehicle and are nice. Thats not the issue. The issue is drive n motions policies and such regarding fixes. Also, their mechanics are lacking and the warranty policy i was forced to get, doesnt cover nearly anything because they still want to charge you and the mechanics use google/scan tools as their diagnosis tools rather than actually insoecting the vehicle. They got me a new windshield so that was awesome, but thats it. After paying over $2k for a warranty thing they wouldnt let me drop, they want to make me spend $2000+ on parts for what i discovered will be less than a $500 fix and maybe 2 hours of my time just for one issue. I had a fuel smell they claimed was a gas cap but i told them they were wrong becuase i had a fuel drip on the opposite side of the vehicle. Anyways, i had came in wanting a specific vehicle and it was actually sold same day, so they showed me an alternative and I rolled with it. Unfortunately id already been there awhile and went through with it because it seemed a decent ride and was awesome and i needed something ASAP. I later discovered lots of issues with it and had been told the vehicle was actually recommended to not have been sold. I have whole rust panels and busted suspension parts and gas leak issues and broken skid plates I didnt catch prior that im fixing on my own because according to their policies, the damage is not covered by warranty without charging out the wazoo. Again, the people were awesome from the sales woman to the people running it. But now I have a dream vehicle I was so excited to get and colorados "as is" law got me good with semi expensive payments by a company that decided to put the vehicle in the front lot instead of the back as they should have done. Id have gone elsewhere or even picked a different vehicle had i paid more attention, so that bits on me. The vehicle is awesome, but so much to fix and I have to do it myself when I shouldnt have to. Used vehicles can suck. Unfortunately, I know people who are also dealing with similar issues from here with getting repairs done/covered/out of pocket payments and wish id have paid more attention. Drive n motion needs to get real certified mechanics and inspectors on these vehicles to avoid this issue. The dealership would have 5 stars if not for the issues on the vehicle that they won't fix, claim they cant fix, and if they had knowledgeable mechanics that can atleast replace a radio or fuel pump gasket without solution being a new fuel tank. If I could afford to get out of this vehicle, I probably would. Not meant to start issues, just simply letting people know my experience and dangers of getting a used car. Not the first time a used dealership has done this to me but it was way more minor. Wish id have paid more attention, simple as. They do have other good vehicles but go here at your own risk is all I have to really say. They will treat you great and the people there do want to help you, but company policies are screwed up to where they cant. Again, 5 stars everywhere else. Aside from the issue's, the vehicle is a beast and will be more awesome when 100% again. But policies and mechanics need to be addressed. I want to like this place despite being done wrong but....”

“I could go on for days how much I recommend this dealership. Specifically Erica & Miguel! Long story kinda short, I traded in my jeep back in 2023 and regretted it ever since. Let me first start off by saying, I live in Texas. Anyways, I’ve searched and searched & sure enough, after over 2 years, I found my jeep for sale at Drive N Motion in Greeley! I called the dealership the next day and Erica was the first person I talked to. It was on its way from Dallas to Colorado as we were speaking but she said she would update me as soon as it got there. She followed through with her promise & remained in contact with me literally every day until I got the jeep transported back to Texas. Miguel was also a huge help in the process as well. I couldn’t recommend these 2 enough! Erica was willing to go out of her way for a favor my mom called in and do whatever it took to get everything taken care of for me. Without them, I wouldn’t have my first jeep back in my driveway. đŸ©· Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything!!!! Buying a car from states over was a challenge but a challenge made easy. 😊”

“Purchased a car here. The next day all service lights that could come on, came on. We called the dealer about it and they told us to bring it in to have it fixed, Which was awesome. My wife just went to pick up her car (that wasn’t cheap) and the service guy told her “we put a used cheap part in there and took a gamble” this is NOT what we wanted to hear after spending a good amount on a car and being first time customers here. I called them after my wife told me this and the service guy said “you don’t get it.” As a customer who spent more than 10k on a car that now has “cheap used parts” in it, it seems pretty clear. The service guy obviously is inexperienced with customer service.”

“We just financed a car for the first time through Berenyse and it was a great experience. everyone on the team was super welcoming and friendly , and when given our restrictions , they did everything in their power to ensure we still got what we were looking for. 10/10 and would recommend especially to first-timers.”
