He sent me additional photos and videos of the car to help me with my decision to move forward. I was able to fly down from OK and drive off the lot in a little over an hour on the same day. I found the car I liked online, spoke with Colin Herron, who is a highly communicative and very helpful sales rep, and within a few weeks I was driving the exact BMW I wanted (very happy with the car by the way). “This past Friday I stopped by Sewell BMW simply to look at a preowned BMW 7 Series, and to my surprise I ended up purchasing the car! Just a couple of days later I took delivery after all services were completed beforehand, which made the entire experience seamless. I worked with K. J. also known as Kyle Johnston, and I cannot say enough great things about him. He was incredibly detailed, extremely customer-focused, and truly went above and beyond at every step. “We were on the hunt for a very specific CPO F90, and this perfectly spec’d M5 Competition popped up at BMW of Grapevine. Even though we are out of state, the car was exactly what we wanted. I sent an inquiry during the Christmas holidays and was surprised to get an immediate response late that evening from Tim Bae. ​ Tim was incredibly receptive and accommodating. I asked for high-quality photos and videos, which he delivered the next day, and he was quick to investigate every small detail I asked about. After a few calls and texts, we had a deal. ​The remote buying process was seamless. Flew into DFW, the car was prepped and ready to go. Given the demand and the original MSRP, this car was a steal. The Avus Blue over Full Tartufo Merino is an absolute chef’s kiss. If you’re looking for a painless experience—even from hundreds of miles away—ask for Tim! Also, the paperwork and all for you to take to your DMV was FedEx signature required exactly a week later - which is phenomenally quick and timely. Well packaged with instructions what to do with it.”
