“Mercedes-Benz of Grapevine, Texas has demonstrated unprofessional conduct by documenting vehicle damages that did not exist at the time of inspection. These false damage claims are inaccurate and misleading. I have photographic evidence that clearly shows the alleged damages were not present. This matter is being formally reported to Mercedes-Benz for investigation, as submitting false damage claims may constitute fraud. Such actions harm both the company’s reputation and hardworking drivers who earn their income honestly, only to have money wrongfully taken from them based on incorrect or fabricated claims. I am prepared to provide all supporting photographs and documentation to substantiate my claim and request a thorough review of this incident”

“I was in the market for a new truck and my wife narrowed the search down to two different trucks. One was at McKinney GMC and the other one was at the Mercedes-Benz in Grapevine. She sent out an email to both companies with the pre qualification and what we were going to put down on the vehicle. Within minutes Cadarrel Booker Reached out to my wife.
