Mercedes-Benz of Grapevine, Texas has demonstrated unprofessional conduct by documenting vehicle damages that did not exist at the time of inspection. These false damage claims are inaccurate and misleading. I have photographic evidence that clearly shows the alleged damages were not present. This matter is being formally reported to Mercedes-Benz for investigation, as submitting false damage claims may constitute fraud. Such actions harm both the company’s reputation and hardworking drivers who earn their income honestly, only to have money wrongfully taken from them based on incorrect or fabricated claims. I am prepared to provide all supporting photographs and documentation to substantiate my claim and request a thorough review of this incident

I was in the market for a new truck and my wife narrowed the search down to two different trucks. One was at McKinney GMC and the other one was at the Mercedes-Benz in Grapevine. She sent out an email to both companies with the pre qualification and what we were going to put down on the vehicle. Within minutes Cadarrel Booker Reached out to my wife. With our busy work schedules, we could not get up there to see the vehicle so Mr. Booker sent us a video then provided us with the price that it would take to drive the truck home. He worked with us on the sticker price and also searched multiple companies for the best Interest rate. My wife pretty much did the whole process over the phone with him. We went in the next day did a test drive and paperwork was completed In less than an hour. We had keys in our hand and were driving home that night less than 48 hours since talking to him. Mr. Booker was very professional and polite. and if you’re in the market for a new car or used car, I highly recommend Mr. Booker from Mercedes-Benz Grapevine

Jacob Negrescu and Antonio Reyes made my car-buying experience easy and fast. They were extremely helpful, patient, and took great care of me throughout the entire process. I’ve been with the Grapevine Mercedes-Benz dealership since 2006, and the service truly gets better every single time I bring my vehicles in. David Guerra is hands down the best service advisor, and Brittany Kaylor consistently goes above and beyond as an outstanding service manager. Recently, I decided to trade in my car and had the pleasure of working with Jennifer Lewis and Germaine Ambres. Both were absolutely fantastic and made the process of getting my new 2025 GLA 250 SUV smooth and enjoyable. Stephanie also did a wonderful job getting my app and vehicle set up perfectly. I highly recommend this dealership! Even though I live only 15 minutes from the Mercedes dealership in McKinney, I gladly drive 45 minutes to Grapevine because the service, professionalism, and overall experience are truly exceptional.

Exceptional Service at Mercedes-Benz of Grapevine – Ask for Jacob Negrescu! I can’t say enough great things about Jacob Negrescu. My girlfriend had a very specific car in mind with a long list of must-have features, and Jacob absolutely delivered. He tracked down the exact model she wanted—even arranging to have the car brought in all the way from Florida—and kept us updated throughout the entire process. Jacob’s customer service was world-class: friendly, professional, patient, and never pushy. He took the time to walk her through every feature, answered every question clearly, and even offered to deliver the car to our home and help set up the garage door opener. His communication was excellent, and he made the entire buying experience smooth and stress-free. A true rock star of a salesman—knowledgeable, attentive, trustworthy, and genuinely committed to making sure we were happy. If you’re buying a Mercedes, do yourself a favor and ask for Jacob.
