“I just bought pre-owned certified 2025 Acura Integra a-spec tech, and it was an amazing process through Grubbs. From the start, Liz was an amazing sales rep and took her time to test drive and show me all the different cars I wanted to see. The manager Ivan was also nice and kept a friendly managerial presence throughout the buying process. Additionally, the financial manager Mandy was amazing and was super nice throughout the contract process. She worked with me to get me exactly where I wanted to be. Following all the paper work, Liz took the time to personally install the new license plate and even spent a lot of her own time helping me drop off my rental car while she drove my newly purchased car alongside me so I wouldn't have to be pay for ride-share back to the dealership. Overall, I felt like the buying process was very pleasant. Everyone I met was patient and understanding, and ultimately got me to where I wanted to be and even more.”

“We went to a different dealership trying to find a new car. We met Ms. Amira and received excellent attention. So we decided to stay with the dealership and buy a car. Ms. Amira dedicated time to us to explain everything about the car my boyfriend wanted, including different colors, functions, and prices. What I like is that she wasn't pushing us. She worked with respect, smiled, and was very caring about our needs. We love her, and we will be happy to see her in the future when we come for yearly service. I am thinking of changing my car too soon and will be back with this dealership for sure.”

“I have an appointment today for an oil change and as I arrived, the service guy approached me right away. Ezequiel Castro at Grubbs Acura was very polite and professional and very helpful indeed.. “My wife and I came in Aug 9th looking for an RDX or MDX. We had previously been looking at the Honda CRV and Pilots. Some of the 19 and 20s with 60k miles were in terrible shape and alot of the cars look like they hadnt been washed in weeks, this was from 4 previous dealers. It then dawned on me after leaving Grapevine Honda, where we found a CRV we had decided on, to look at Acura as well and Grubbs was just 4 miles away. We ended up leaving 1 dealer due to waiting for 45 min. As soon as we walked into Grubbs, we were met by Mike Maccormack at the front desk. He was warming, polite and little did he know, ready for some exercise! After 5 maybe 6 vehicles I decided to bump the budget a few thousand but I just couldnt get over the red seats in a beautiful RDX they had. It just happened that a black MDX, I hate black fyi, was available over budget. It was a 2019, and I was expecting another car, full of scratches needing $1k in paint correction. To my chagrin after expressing how much I hated black, it had 1 maybe 2 scratches and was a single owner, every maintenance recommended completed nice car. After some heated negotiation with the sales manager, I decided we could not come to and agreeance on price and we walked thinking we knew we had a nice CRV in our planned budget 4 miles away. We grabbed Mike and his managers card and decided to walk, you HAVE TO be ready to walk folks. Mike stopped me on the way out and asked if they could make it $XXXXX would I take it. I said of course but your boss said he was firm at $800 higher and the negotiations ended there. Bottom line, my wife and I feel Mike went above and beyond what I expected and it felt like he truly wanted to sell me a vehicle that WE wanted that day. My past car buying experiences, the sales and F&I make the consumer feel like its their job to buy a car and not the dealers job to SELL one. Mike was the complete opposite of all my past experiences, he makes you feel like he truly wants to sell you a car that YOU want or at minimal attempt to make something sway your way. Keep those red seats Mike, I have no doubt someone else will love them and youll make their buying experience as pleasurable as ours.
