“I must say, working with Mr. Mario Viera-Morfin of Grapevine Lincoln in purchasing a new 2026 Lincoln Aviator was absolutely the best, by far, new car experience in my lifetime (and I'm 72!). Mario, if I may use his first name, was very courteous, personable, professional and listened and understood our (my wife's car actually) priorities. He found the perfect car on his lot which my wife test drove and she fell in love with this particular model immediately. I would say, I also test drove the vehicle and was super impressed with the quality, fit, options, drivability and technology. The perfect 30 way adjustable seats were exactly that, perfect for us both as was the dynamic suspension, which automatically lowers the car for entry, exit and loading the rear deck. The drivability was outstanding, smooth and quiet, transmission shifts seamless and outstanding power from the twin turbo V-6 at 400hp. The dealer process was very easy and efficient, no hard sell, just reasonable additions such as a tailored extended warranty, maintenance package, etc. I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with the personal attention to this purchase we received from Mario. He is the best new car salesman I've ever dealt with and extremely knowledgeable with the Aviator functionality and importantly the technology. We never felt rushed in the process, no hard sell, just Mario ensuring our questions and needs were always addressed. Oh, and importantly, Mario and Grapevine Lincoln met our price requirements handily and I'm from NJ and a hard negotiator, which was never needed. How often can one say they are more than impressed with the new car purchase process? Well, yes we were and I would do it again when the time comes.
