“February 09, 2026 SALES VISIT - USED Derek Adams-Finance and Travis Littrell Service are exceptional employees dedicated to service and taking care of customers. They are the reason I would even consider referrals to Five Star Grapevine. Bought a 23’ Subaru Ascent in October ‘25, supposedly a Certified Preowned vehicle with 154 point inspection. It only had 151 of the points supposedly inspected. Center console power outlets inoperable, passenger mirror didn’t work and slow leak in passenger rear tire. Totally my fault for trusting them to CPO the vehicle. Finally got repairs in February ‘26. Derek and Travis were the only employees that showed an interest in helping me get parts and repairs. Also my fault for trusting Five Star Subaru. Subaru is a dependable brand, Five Stars Subaru Certified Preowned vehicles are not. Don’t spend the extra money on a Five Star CPO. Can’t trust them to actually certify the vehicle. And don’t email the General Manager, he won’t answer.”

“Five Star Subaru’s service is excellent. Always. I’ve been coming here exclusively for 5 years and they never fail to treat me with respect, fix all my car problems & give me a loaner. My car has been out of warranty for 2 years and it hasn’t changed at all how I’m treated. I still get taken care of quickly & professionally when I get there. They don’t turn me away when I walk in without an appointment. When that happens- there are great snacks & drinks in the waiting area, along with phone chargers- which is a thoughtful touch. My assigned service liaison is wonderful every time- but I’d like to give a shout-out to Tyler Barnett, who helped me this week with a damaged tire. There were some issues with the tire place and it took a week to get my tire replaced. Tyler kept me updated every step of the way and had me in a loaner car the whole time so I wasn’t without a vehicle. He went well above & beyond and is a fantastic addition to the service team. “I made an appointment with Cameron last Saturday just to browse and ended up falling in love with a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek. I think we were there around 1.5 hours that day between the test drive, chatting, and looking at numbers. Cameron was so knowledgeable and helpful!! I came back Monday to finalize and think I was only there for about an hour to sign the papers and drive away in my new car. Everyone I worked with was fantastic! Sam helped me on Monday since Cameron wasn’t around - my boyfriend and I enjoyed getting to talk cars with him while we waited our turn for finance. Brandon in finance was SO quick, and Steve, the used car director, was also fantastic & wonderful to chat with.
