“I bought a 2023 Civic this weekend. My salesperson was Kirk Jack, and he was great. I test drove the car on Wednesday and told him I was driving a different car on a different lot the next day and I’d let him know. He didn’t pressure me at all. He shook my hand, said he’d love my business and said thank you for considering Honda and working with him. That alone was refreshing! I didn’t end up even going to the other drive, partly because the way he seemed genuine. I went in that Friday to sign the papers, communicating the whole day with Kirk through calls and emails. We got in and he had everything ready to go. He was just as friendly as the previous day and chatted with my 12 yr old son about his weekend plans. He was a joy to work with! I really like Kirk. Then the financing manager walked us through everything clearly and supplied options for gap insurance and whatnot but never tried to pressure anything. He saw my son had his Grand Valley Stars hockey warm ups on and talked about youth hockey with him while we worked. Little things like that go a long way. There are car dealerships on every corner, so things like that matter a lot! I love my hatchback and plan to buy my next car from them, hopefully through Kirk.
