“Me and my wife recently purchased a new F250 truck from Grand Prairie Ford, and the entire experience was smooth, professional, and enjoyable. My salesperson Raul Chavez took the time to understand what I needed, answered all my questions, and never made me feel pressured.

“I took my car to Grand Prairie ford for flat front tire 2 days after bryan hecall me and told me that my rear wheel 🛞 had crack i told him to send me pictures never sent it to me next day i have to go to see the crack of the wheel I surprise went i see it i try to speak with any supervisor but never respond I left them a message, texted them, and sent them an email and they never responded. Bryant recommended to do the first service, which was an oil change and tire rotation. I told them yes when I went to pick up my car because they told me it was ready. I got home and realized that they didn't rotate the tires. I called Bryan, the service advisor, and he told me to bring it in the next day, okay, I took it and he checked it and he find out , they didn't rotate the tires that day. I spoke to Jose Magdaleno service director and he called me a liar. He told me that he saw when they rotated the tires. That upset me because I told him no and he told me the same thing. Very bad treatment from the service director . I don't recommend doing the service. — 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
