“To be frank we just want our vehicle back from the shop and clear communication on time lines it’s been 47 days. We bought a car here the Friday night before thanksgiving. We encountered an issue with the vehicle the next morning (it was test driven in the evening and did not hear the odd sound it was making while turning). In addition there was an issue with a loose visor as well as the battery for the automatic start stop feature being dead. (things you’d assume would be checked prior to selling a vehicle) However nothing that seemed pressing upon arrival they said they were booked and scheduled for us to come drop the car off on Black Friday so they could diagnose the issues and take care of it. We returned with the car waited a few hours for diagnosis the shop needed longer to diagnose the issue and replace the battery and visor. No biggie we were given a rental for a week so the problem could be taken care of and that they would keep in touch. Fast forward no communication the day before the rental is up we had to call multiple times to reach someone and waited 6 hours for a call back which was never received then had to call again. They then told us they needed more time. We were told to come switch out the rental car every 7 days until our car is fixed (they said that’s all they need to do clearly the hour and a half out of our time every week, gas to drive 30mins from our home to pick up the rental and back, as well as the inconvenience of not having our vehicle does not matter in the slightest) and that if the rental gets bought while we are driving it we will have to come return it asap. It is now January 13th well over a month of playing musical cars with updates only being provided when we call and request them despite being assured for communication. (They even transferred our car from their dealership to another without updating us until days later when we went to trade vehicles). Upon asking if they could do anything to help makeup for the inconvenience gas time etc they said were providing you a rental and will reset the 30 days limited warranty (obviously yall have our car?!?) 🤷‍♀️ you can choose to cancel your contract on the car if you’d prefer. Once we finally receive our vehicle back this review may be taken down in the mean time it can remain.”
