I went in for an oil change and they noticed my oil pan was leaking. Replacing the pan was going to take an extra couple of hours, so they kindly provided a shuttle ride home and back to pick up my car. Everyone was super friendly, polite, and efficient throughout the whole process. I also noticed how respectful and well-mannered the staff were with one another, which says a lot about the environment they’ve created there. Great experience overall!

We love the Ioniq5. We have a Chevy EV as well and the Ioniq5 is far superior. We are disappointed in this dealership and may use a different one in the future. They do not adequately charge their EVs on site and release them with no charge. Not good for us as we live 3 hrs away. Upon bringing the car back for advanced scheduled maintenance, a 3-hr one way drive for us, they did not complete the work even after we left it for 3 days. Upon returning to pick it up, the car was not properly detailed as promised, (sticker marks we left on the windows), the charge was low (we would have happily paid to have it fully charged upon return) and the hail damage that was supposed to be (happened before we leased) was also not fixed. Three days and a lot of driving for them to not complete the work that was supposed to be done is very frustrating. They will fix it they have told us, but that requires days again, of our time, to return. Rural western Colorado deserves better service.

Red Rick Hyundai service staff were friendly, courteous and treated us with respect. We were there for a scheduled warranty recall issue. They had already ordered the necessary parts which allowed them to perform the needed service during that visit. We thought we’d have to come back but their people were right on top of it and saved us an extra trip. They are fabulous!!

Cris from sales was an absolute rockstar! He guided me through the process and made sure everything went smoothly. And let’s not forget Billy in finance - he was super helpful and easy to work with. No hassle or stress at all! If you’re in the market for a used or new car, Red Rock Hyundai is the place to be! Highly recommend!

The guys at the service center were super awesome and didn't pressure me into getting anything else i didn't need compared to other dealerships service centers. Austin was great! He listened to my concern about a noise in my car and said everything was fine and explained what it was. Tim, the sales rep that sold me the car was fantastic! Was very patient and honest. Even the manager was great. Thank you Red Rock Hyundai for the service you guys provided me both times. You all get a 5 star in my book.
