I am very happy with the truck they provided once things settled down I will give them opportunity to provide my next vehicle. Mentionable names , salesman: Jeff H. And I believe sales manager Zane, both of these gentlemen have done a fine job and I would recommend asking for Jeff if shopping and Zane if the need arises, you will know Zane if you need him, he has a way of popping up. Found a few issues to address on the new truck . I did wisely purchase a warranty and my concerns were addressed so far in a satisfactory manner. We are working on approvals and parts kind of thing. Only part I did not care for was they had to schedule in for inspection and resolutions and the appointment was out a week. I do understand that this separate department of the store is busy and I was put in touch with Eric the service manager and he kindly scheduled me and provided excellent communication on progress. Once looked at they had multiple issues resolved and made plans on the other items having to use a process with warranty company. I believe David is my technician and although he tried to call me directly " I wasn't available" he made sure I was contacted. I so far feel David's knowledge has identified and addressed my concerns well and I look forward to continued work with this professional, MCM should be proud to employ the names I've mentioned. Quick note, I noticed and appreciated that my truck was clean and ready for me when I picked up after hours of operation.”

“I was very happy with my sales person. He did a great job. I was able to get a nice vehicle at an affordable price. I was disappointed with dealership itself. They did not give me much for my trade. I only got 2k and my car was later listed for almost 7k they could have at least given me another 1K which would have paid off my loan. The new car I purchased was not cleaned very well. The last person who owned the car must have smoked like a train. The car reeked of cigarette smoke. It could have used some extra work.”
