Couldn’t have had a better experience..Mr. Ian Meek was outstanding and experienced in dealing with customers. Will definitely go back again for my next VW.. I purchased a Teguan and very happy with everything about the SUV. Great car!

I had such a wonderful experience with the service department at Grand Junction Volkswagen! From start to finish, everything was handled so efficiently and professionally. They explained the work being done clearly, kept me updated throughout the process, and had my car ready exactly when promised. What really stood out, though, was how kind and thoughtful everyone was — not just to me, but to my dog! They gave her a toy and some treats while we waited, which absolutely made our day. It’s rare to find a dealership that shows that kind of genuine care and friendliness. Highly recommend their service department — they go above and beyond, both in skill and in heart!

Took my Volkswagen Atlas in to be serviced on 10/2 My service tech was Cole. I told them I had no cruise control and lane assist. He was honest with me and told me that probably need to go back to my glass company that replaced my windshield because it was the glass. That worked out. In the interim, they said my brakes had hot streaks showed a little bit signs of wear and tear. I took that to replace the front brakes and rotors I had just had them replaced 5000 miles ago, which I had forgot. Cole could have Said you’re out of luck. Yet he took it to his manager, Chris and they discussed it and they agreed that it should’ve been under warranty. Which I greatly appreciate because brakes are very expensive. And there is no way brakes should wear out that fast with normal use. It was great to see a local Volkswagen company, honor and work with their customer. Especially when the business and the work is very hard to decipher the correct thing to do because of how high-tech vehicles are nowadays. I highly recommend these guys for your service needs. John
