“Monica was extremely friendly from start to finish. I was welcomed in with a smile and was informed of the process every step of the way. I stayed in the lounge area longer than when my car was finished but she let me stay as long as I wanted. Monica not only possesses perfect customer service skills, but also is extremely knowledgeable on Toyota products and works with remarkable efficiency. As an example, she informed me of all the intricacies of my specific Corolla Cross - things I didn’t even know after owning it for so long! As an example for the efficiency side - she checked me in thru the system faster than a McDonald’s drive thru so that I can get to my computer and finish my work.
