“This dealer corrected an issue with starting vehicle. However, when I asked if they had checked to see if the Park position and Stirring connections had been reconnected after it was towed to the dealer ship, they said everything was fine. It was not fine and I went back to the service dept. and told the service person, Paula, that there was an issue on the dashboard indicating an issue with the stirring. She asked the mechanic to check it out but he said he was working on another repair and did not have the time to check it out. I asked if there was another mechanic that could check it and she said they were all working on other repairs. I did not feel that the dealership was concerned about the safety of driving a vehicle that they just worked on. So not felling safe I decided to take it to my local repair shop. The repair shop took the time and effort to check out the problem. The tech mechanic put his computer on and connected it to my vehicle. He found the problem in less than 2 minutes and did not charge me for his service. I will not recommend this dealership to any of my friends, and will probably look for another dealership to have any issue checked and repaired. Just so this dealership knows, the local mechanic was the person who advised me to go to Sudbay Chevy Cadillac, I told him about the issue and he said he would not recommend it again to his clients.

“The service was right on time. Paula, the Service Advisor, was very helpful. I appreciated being able to use Service Rewards points. Sudbay GMC has a good service department overall.”

“Bought a new Chevy Silverado High Country with the 6.2L v8 in November of 2022. First issue was blown fuel injectors. Drove it back to the dealership and waited weeks for replacement parts. While it was in the shop I drove a rental less the half of the price of the truck I’m paying for. After the repair I had a major engine noise. Back to the dealership and back in a rental while they replaced the exhaust. Took the truck back and it still had the engine noise. Back to the dealership and now they tell me it’s a known Chevy engine noise and nothing is wrong with the engine. 70K truck with a belt squeak noise. 10 months into ownership and only 8K miles the engine died while I was driving on the highway. Truck now towed to the dealership and multiple days and calls to find out I have a blown engine. Driving another rental car and not a truck. Was told that they would rent me a truck if I ever needed a rental again. This turned out not to be true because they won’t pay for a comparable rental just the cheap warranty rental which doesn’t include a truck or large suv. I spoke to the Owner who said to me “Your lucky”. How so? Im lucky they are going to fix it; as if they would not. Lucky this dealership is working for me and lucky they found an engine. Lucky that they will file a claim to possibly reimburse me for making payments on a truck that cannot be driven. I don’t feel lucky.
If you want to try your luck then buy here. I will never test my luck again. New engine and some new scratches thanks again Sudbay Chevrolet”
