“Horrible alignment and service. They recommended an alignment to me even though my steering wheel was straight, then gave me back a steering wheel that was waaay off center. They refused to re rack it the following week and try again unless I paid another $225 upfront. Took it to another shop and every wheel was out of spec after only driving 10 miles across town straight to the other shop. They also bent my battery j hooks installing a new battery. I get that mistakes happen but they even failed to make it right after giving them a chance. Will never take my car back there. EDIT: Their reply is nonsense. They refused to re rack the car. I even called Todd a few weeks after this happened and left several messages and was ghosted. Trying to imply that I don't even know which shop I took my car to is WILD. Don't bring your car here. They will take your money and leave you hanging.”
