“Robin Ford and Glenn olden is not a good place to buy cars from especially if it's a used car. They present their cells as helping you out. But give you the run around that makes no sense. A good customer service is to take care of your patrons. When they're buying a car from you, i brought a truck from there. Nice truck, clean truck, but has issues. It's a Chevy truck, so I do not think they know how to address the issues on the truck. I call the bank. The bank was willing to accept a refinance for me to get out of the truck. My salesperson supposed to have been sending me or trucks to look at or addressing the situation for me to either get out of this truck or do what they can to fix. The truck will not say the salesperson name. She seems to be a nice person but I am not satisfied never never never never never never never never never never never never never never never never never and never go to Robins Ford and Glenn old and the salespeople just want to sell cars. Do not care much about the customers at Oregon. The service department, it's not good at all. They do not have good certified mechanics. I drive a shuttle bus for a hotel that bought a Sprinter Van from them and the Van was bought new. The Van has been in the shop 6 or more times since the Van was brought and the Van was only brought a year ago. I brought my truck 2 months ago. It's been in the shop 3 times they keep telling me what they do not hear. The noise and the wheels. It sounds like the bearings are going bad. The back window is leaking. I try to work it out with them But they tell me they do not hear Nothing. The salesperson had the nerve to tell me that it was a used truck. I have no problem with it.Being a used truck but it's been there 3 times already. I do not want to spend money on something that I just bought. Not even 2 months ago. That is crazy and disrespectful. Let's not a good place. 2 buy from Robin's Ford and Glenn olden.”
