“On the search for a Toyota Camry 2026 Hybrid (Lease). Ask for Jonny Pita (speaks Spanish too)
Arrived past midday, upon entering, the front desk was very kind, I didn't have an appointment but a salesman (1) was able to assist. I believe he was tired because he took us to see the cars but didn't put much effort into selling us the car and didn't even offer us to sit and talk numbers.
As we were leaving salesman (2) Jonny Pita, kindly came and asked us what we were looking for and what monthly we wished to pay. Took us to his office, listened to our financial goal, car needs and explained what is included with the car. He's very patient, honest, and clear about the monthly options/paper work process. He worked his hardest to meet our monthly payment goal. Truly deserves each one of his trophies. Before leaving, the car was washed and full gas plus made sure to take pictures of the car from all angles as a reminder of how the car should come back. Going the extra mile.. I highly recommend Jonny Pita for purchasing a car! (also he speaks Spanish)”

“I was in the market for a new car and decided on the RAV4 Hybrid. After countless hours of research I found that Toyota of Glendale had the best out the door price out of 13 dealerships I reached out to. The whole process was very easy and quick! When I got to the dealership I was introduced to Maritza Conejeros. She was very kind, personable and super informative about the vehicle and open to answering any questions I had. I really appreciated her taking the time to be clear about things and felt that my stress of buying a new car was put at ease. Throughout the whole car buying process not once did I feel pressured to do anything or confused about my purchase. Maritza was upfront and transparent about everything and I’m glad to have had her help me. If you’re in the market for a new Toyota I would definitely recommend coming to Toyota of Glendale and asking for Maritza to help you!! My family and I have been long time Longo Toyota customers but the service here is much better. They actually take the time to explain car features to you, answer questions, etc. I also love that they have a wonderful coffee and tea station! “I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated at Toyota of Glendale, specifically by their service supervisor, Peter Atmajian.
I went in without an appointment because my brakes were not holding properly, which is a serious safety hazard. Rather than receiving even the most basic level of customer service, I was met with hostility. Mr. Atmajian was abrasive, dismissive, and flat-out told me to "grab my car and get out" because he was "too busy." This is not just poor customer service—it borders on negligence, especially considering the nature of my concern involved critical safety equipment.
It’s very clear that when they are trying to close a sale, the dealership will say whatever it takes. But once the paperwork is signed and a warranty issue arises, suddenly they are “too busy.” This is a blatant example of bad faith business practices and a disregard for both warranty obligations and consumer safety.
As a paying customer, I have the right to be treated with respect and to expect that my concerns—especially safety-related ones—are taken seriously. Instead, I was treated rudely and dismissed without assistance. Toyota of Glendale should be held accountable for this type of conduct, which is not only unethical but could also expose them to liability should someone be injured due to their refusal to address safety defects.
I strongly caution anyone considering service here to think twice. If this is how they treat a customer worried about safety, imagine how little they value you once they already have your money.

“I had a very positive experience purchasing my car from Toyota of Glendale. Francisco, the salesperson I worked with, was great from start to finish. He didn’t pressure me or throw a bunch of confusing numbers at me. Instead he simply walked me through the details of the car, answered my questions honestly, and helped me feel at ease.
Because of his personal experience with the vehicle, he ws able to truly tell me about the car rather than just give me the"this is the best car on earth" sales pitch. I felt I was being talked to rather than sold to.
He also didn't try to play any number games. Everything was straight to the point. When we weren’t initially aligned on price, Francisco worked hard to find a deal that matched my needs. I also came in with a pre-approved loan at a great rate, but the financing team was able to beat that rate by 1.5% and get me all the features and service I wanted at a price I was genuinely comfortable with.
Francisco also went above and beyond when it came to getting my trade-in to the dealership, literally driving with me to my house to pick it up after the deal was done. This level of service was a bit surprising, to be honest.
All in all, the process was smooth and transparent. I’m now a happy long-term customer, and I would absolutely recommend Toyota of Glendale, especially if you get the chance to work with Francisco.”
