I am so spoiled. I have been doing business with Arrowhead Cadillac for about 10 years now. The staff takes really good care of you. Thought of buying another brand vehicle but quickly remembered how well Arrowhead treats you. Just bought new Optiq and Jeremy Hagen helped me find the exact vehicle I was looking for. Paperwork was all ready to just sign when I got to dealership. Process was easy. Thanks Arrowhead Cadillac.

After visiting several dealers throughout the day we made our way to Arrowhead Cadillac, And the minute Mark greeted us we knew we were in good hands. The entire process was a breeze and the attention to detail was above and beyond. Thank you Mark And polly.

Traveling through town and I needed urgent servicing on my Caddie. With no appointment or history with Arrowhead I was able to get in and get the work done in only 2 hours. Big shout-out to Mike a service manager who shuttled the process along professionally with excellent communication when needed. Great job and great staff. Thanks again.

May 2025 2017 Cadillac Escalade AWD — 54,600 miles Although I purchased this SUV from out of state without seeing it in person, the buying process itself was very smooth. The dealership provided a full CarFax report, confirmed a fresh oil change, a clean title, and noted that the vehicle was always serviced at a Cadillac dealership — giving me confidence that it was in excellent condition. Dave even replaced a chipped windshield before delivery, which I appreciated. However, I wish the dealership had disclosed the serious issues I discovered immediately upon delivery. Most concerning were the front magnetic struts, which were completely blown and leaking — clearly for quite some time prior to the sale. I’m not sure how a Cadillac 90+ point inspection could have missed this, as it was extremely unsafe to drive in that condition. Selling a vehicle in such shape, especially to an out-of-state buyer, should never happen. In addition, the transmission had a harsh 1–2 gear kick, requiring a full service, pan drop, filter, and re-learn procedure to correct it. This experience taught me a hard lesson — this was the first and last car I will ever buy without seeing it in person. Even a Cadillac dealership can fail to disclose important details, so I strongly recommend any buyer inspect the vehicle independently before purchase. In total, I spent nearly $3,000 and a great deal of time addressing the following issues: Wheel locks replacement – $130 (original locks not provided at sale) Transmission fluid (Mobil 1 LV ATF HP case), pan drop, filter, re-learn – $930 Engine oil change (Mobil 1 0W-20 + AC Delco filter) – $140 (oil was black, overfilled, and filter seized despite “recent” oil change on CarFax) Key fobs – $40 (both broken, dirty, with low batteries) Pair of front magnetic struts – $900 installed Front wheels alignment – $125 Floor mats – $200 (originals were damaged and filthy) Front door speaker – $220 ($120 part + $100 labor; speaker was blown and unusable) Memory seat switch – $175 (SET button inoperative; required replacement) Bottom line: smooth transaction, but very disappointing follow-up. The vehicle was not as represented, and several safety and quality issues were not disclosed. 12/10/2025 This is a follow-up to my original review. ( After speaking with Robyn ) Before the sale, I was assured the SUV had no mechanical issues or leaks. That proved untrue, including a failed front suspension struts and multiple additional mechanical and cosmetic problems. I also discovered that maintenance "claimed as completed"—such as a recent oil change shown on Carfax—did not match the vehicle’s condition, as the oil was overfilled,(black )heavily degraded, and the oil filter appeared unchanged. After providing documentation and attempting to resolve these concerns professionally, the dealership refused responsibility and dismissed the safety issues. I strongly recommend future buyers independently inspect any vehicle and not rely solely on dealership statements or reported service history.

This was our fourth car we have purchased from Arrowhead Cadillac. We have been coming there almost 15 years and it is the only place we will look at to purchase a car. Todd has been our maintenance director since the beginning. The staff is amazing and they've all been there for a million years because it's such a great place to work. They always have sandwiches and ice cream and water if I need to drop by for an oil change or even a car wash. They will even pick up my car from my house and service it and bring the car back to my house which is amazing service. I cannot recommend Arrowhead Cadillac more highly to anybody who's looking for a car.
