There was no question about the trade-in process, or about the financial implications of buying vs. leasing, that he did not answer in a clear concise manner. Plus he was a pleasure to work with. Rossany, the Subaru Brand Specialist who guided us through the process, did a fantastic job. She was knowledgeable, charming, had a great sense of humor, was very sensitive to our concerns, and, most importantly, was incredibly patient.
