I took my truck in because the AC wasn’t working. The found the leak within 3-5 days then took another week and a half to replace the AC. Another auto shop had already found the leak, and while I understand Ford needs to conduct their own test, the other shop said they would be able to get the AC replaced in one day. The fact that Ford sat on the truck for that long is egregious. They also never gave me any updates along the way. Every time I called, they would just keep telling me that they’re working on it and they’ll call me with an update, but I never did receive any updates and I had to continuously call them. They gave me attitude at the end, sarcastically thanking me for being so patient. Of course I was impatient because I wouldn’t hear from them at all about any updates on the truck. The least you can do for customer service is call every other day or so and let the customer know what’s going on with their vehicle. The only reason I let them work on the truck was because of the warranty. With all of this said, I will never go back to this location and I will never purchase a Ford vehicle because of this ridiculous and terrible experience. Sorry Ford and Bob Bell, you’ve lost a customer. I’ll gladly pay for another, more reliable vehicle that’s NOT a Ford

This location with service writer Stephanie and Tech David will be the only people to touch my Ford going forward. After 3 other dealerships I have found a home. Communication was on point even through delays, I didnt have to call or email once. Couldnt ask for anything more. The issues my tech had were with Ford. Ford delayed my car's repair, not my tech or s.a. so im very satisfied with the repair and care of my vehicle by those 2 individuals. If you have a Ford take it to Glen Burnie (Bob Bell), ask for Stephanie and advise you only want David to touch your vehicle. I'll drive through the tunnel glady for the care I expect for my new vehicle.

I scheduled a service appointment about two weeks ago, but the service advisor canceled my appointment because he would not be working. I requested to have my oil change by Quick Lane which was part of the initial service appointment. Upon arriving for my oil change, I explained my situation to the Quick Lane Supervisor( Mr. Bill) and he was able to get all the maintenance issue completed that were canceled by the service advisor. Mr. Bill always ensure the customer receive excellent customer service every time I've visited Quick Lane. I highly recommend Bob Bell Quick Lane for regular oil changes, tire rotation. and any basic service needs.

Bob Bell’s management team were very professional, helpful, and pulled the rabbit out of the hat. I was approved for the color, monthly payment, and model I wanted with my trade in and zero down payment. I highly recommend Bob Bell Ford on Ritchie Highway. If you go there, tell them my review referred you.

Danny and Dave were so helpful to my fiancé and I when buying our new car. They were extremely knowledgeable about the car we were interested in and worked with us to get the best price possible on our new vehicle. Every person we worked with was so kind with us and answered any questions we had, no matter how silly without any judgement. At no point did we feel pressured to add any extras to our car and were able to make informed decisions because of their fantastic explanations of everything! We also went to look at cars earlier in the year and Andrew was a great help then as well, helping us with a test drive and getting this whole process started. Everyone at Bob Bell Ford was so welcoming to my whole family and I would 100% recommend everyone checking them out for their next car purchasing experience!
