“Bob Peterson has been my car salesman for my last 3 cars. He is absolutely amazing and brilliant. He knows exactly the car I would want and finds it. Not to speak of the amazing deals he finds. I love him. As a senior citizen I feel safe working with him, knowing he has my back. Oh and the car (BZ4X) is fabulous!!”

“01/25/25- The gas efficiency is significantly improved. I’m shocked, because “21 mpg”, but it feels like 31 I initially fell in love with the Toyota brand in 2020, while working in eastern Oregon/western WA. I sold my then 2002 ford mustang GT, convertible. Which, till this day I regret. The aforementioned regions naturally generate hazardous driving conditions, but the 2021 Tacoma proved to be the most reliable vehicle I’d ever driven. I initially struggled with the concept of “4high and 4low” with respect to their practical functionality under different weather conditions. I logged in roughly 17,000k miles for work and never missed a shift. I think, I was late 2-3x when an hour and a half commute from Walla Walla WA, to say La Grande, OR took 3 hours plus. At the time I was a new graduate and being reliable was extremely important to me. The Tacoma never failed …and if anyone is familiar with the route over tollgate in the dead of winter, they know how important it is to have a reliable vehicle. My experience during this period was the rationale for wanting to stay a lifetime Tacoma user. Then I became obsessed with Tesla, but still felt connected to the Toyota brand. I traded my car after moving to portable metro, but soon realized the limitations of EVs , mainly the distance capabilities given their relatively recent advances/development (except Tesla). I recently visited the location with my girlfriend and we decided on a 4th generation Tacoma and it’s been a jaw dropping experience. Literally. I can’t honestly say how it perform from a reliability perspective, but the car is 10/10. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a Tacoma test drive one. Lastly, I’m interested in learning more about the new engine or something…I think Ara tried to explain, but it was a bit beyond my understanding. Ask for Ara, he’s hilarious, and will answer your question as if you were a kid lol. In essence, he knows his stuff. Momo and the owner also went the extra mile to help, so our gratitudes to them.”

“I recently purchased a 2024 Toyota Corolla from Toyota Gladstone. Purchasing the vehicle was a wonderful experience thanks to Carl Chestnut. The only thing that I didn’t like about purchasing the vehicle is that they washed it but they left swirl marks all over the vehicle. I didn’t say anything, but if you’re making a purchase here make sure they don’t do that to your brand new vehicle. I am mainly giving this dealership a one star because I have already taken my car there for service twice. The first time there wasn’t really an issue but my glove box wasn’t closing after the service, turns out that the cabin filter wasn’t put in correctly, and made me wonder if I could trust the service technicians at Gladstone Toyota if something so simple couldn’t be done. I ended up scheduling my vehicle for it’s 15,000 mile service at Gladstone Toyota once again. It was due for a multi inspection and tire rotation. They scheduled me at 4:20pm which is close to their closing time, 5:00pm- which I had no idea of, yet they could have told me about it. After I got my paper work I noticed that they didn’t do the tire rotation. I was confused and since they had closed I called Toyota Gresham and asked them if they do the tire rotation every time and they said yes. I’m just bothered that I took time out of my day to take my vehicle to get serviced and it wasn’t serviced all the way. I’m calling on Monday to see if I can bring it in to rotate my tires which is something that I really don’t want to do because it should have been done already. I’m really disappointed because I work for Toyota and don’t want people to see the Toyota name in a negative way. I’m only leaving this review in hopes of a better change, so this doesn’t happen to someone else.”

“I’ve never felt more inclined to give a review until I came here. I have been to multiple dealerships within the past few weeks, test driving, asking questions, and finding the best deal and service. A special thank you and I am very appreciative for Dean, Osana, and Jonathan for helping me through this process. As a first time buyer I was extremely nervous to be jumping into a pool of unknown, however the support that this team has given me has been excellent compared to the handful of dealerships I’ve met with. They were flexible and willing to work with me and my trade-in. I am incredibly grateful I came to this dealership since I was not going to give up on this new 2025 Camry Hybrid! Happy hunting for fellow first time buyers, definitely worth the drive from Washington!”

“I’ve bought many Toyotas over the years and Toyota of Gladstone has been the best experience. They’re honest, transparent, and professional. Ask for Brendon Andrews and he will take excellent care of you! He worked extra hard to find the car I was looking for and always kept me updated”
