“I wish I could give this dealership a ZERO rating! We purchased a preowned Volvo XC90 on November 18th, at the end of that business day. Vehicle came with a 30-day warranty. (1000 miles 50/50 for major components). The signing of the papers and the inspection were brief as the dealer told us they support their cars and used cars go through a very comprehensive inspection process, (plus we wanted to respect their time for staying to the last minute to close, plus we were told they will support us for 30-days. We drove 90 miles to pick up the car. Having a high level of trust in people, and when buying from a dealer, one would think you are covered and taken care of. After driving it home that evening, we noticed something just didn’t seem right. My husband immediately called the next morning asking for support (including sending them videos of the engine issues). Sales, Sales Manager, Finance Manager, Service, General Manager all ignoring my voicemails and emails, as we got passed back and forth and ignored for days. The dealership staff that we dealt with, all the way up to the General Manager continues to ignore my emails and voicemails. After speaking to and sending a lengthly email to Ed the GM, he acted like he knew nothing about my situation, rushing the call, saying he will look into to it, and rudely hanging up! They dismissed our request for support and we had to put $1800 into a vehicle that was only owned for 15 hours with less than 100 miles of driving. The staff was absolutely rude. Horrible customer service!! I would never recommend buying anything from this dealership! I have purchased dozens of vehicles in my years and this by far is the worst experience I’ve ever had. They are not interested in making it right and just don’t care! 3-weeks later and zero resolution or support! I waited to submit this review, believing they would make it right and they have not even tried!”

“Brought the car in for a shimmy felt at 60mph. Was advised that tires were bad. Replaced all four tires and also had a four wheel alignment. Took the car home and next day found that the shimmy was still there. Pronounced at 55mph. Not subtle. No improvement at all. Took it back and they found the problem. Upset that they apparently didn't test drive the car to discover that the shimmy was not corrected.
Problem was found and picked up the car again. Within 30 min of picking up the car, got a low tire pressure warning light. These are new tires and the temp hasn't been cold enough to affect them that much.
Stopped to check and fill tires. Found that three of them were at 33psi and one was at 30psi. Recommended pressure is 40. Not sure how something like that could happen.
Will find another service center in the future.”
