“When dropping your car off for service, it would be helpful if you told customers they need to pick up before a certain time if that's the only way to get the car. If service department is closed, you should provide a way for the customer to pay their bill and get theirs keys. Now I have to wait until Monday morning, and for reference it's 4:21pm on Saturday. Horrible customer service, manager who claimed to have been here for 14 years was unhelpful and sarcastic. He literally said the only way he could help me is to trade my car in. Really? Will not be using this place again. Would not recommend. If I could give 0 stars I would.”

The lady I spoke with on the phone was extremely helpful and was able to get me in for service within just two hours of my call. I brought in my 2013 VW Passat for an oil change, and when I arrived, I was greeted with professionalism and attended to right away. My service advisor, Marcus Saavedra, was outstanding,friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive throughout the entire process. I’ve always taken my vehicle to Volkswagen dealerships for service, mostly in California, and out of all the dealerships I’ve visited over the years, this one truly exceeded my expectations. They provided a full multipoint vehicle inspection, topped off my fluids, and even washed my car’s exterior, which I really appreciated. Overall, the service was excellent, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I will definitely be returning here for future services. “Just hours after liking a listing on cars.com, Seth called me to see if I would like to come in for a test drive. Being that I I am in Pennsylvania and the dealership is in Arizona, I couldn’t make that happen lol. I asked several questions and got all the answers I needed. I was then handed over to a gentleman named Colby, and then later handed over to a guy named Niko, who helped me with the whole entire setting up of getting the car delivered in Pennsylvania. All three guys were extremely helpful and super friendly to work with. I have zero complaints about anything during the entire process. Niko even went as far as taking a picture of my vehicle on the car trailer when I requested him to do so just so I could have for my own personal photos of the new car. Fantastic experience!”
