“Pete Fairbanks met us in the Service driveway. He was very cordial and had a professional attitude that we appreciated. He escorted us to the waiting area and pointed out the facilities. We had arrived a few minutes before our appointment time but they took us in immediately. The service went very well and promptly. When our truck was ready Pete came and got us and went over the results of the 27 point inspection thoroughly.”

“My husband and I were dreading going to purchase a new vehicle because of TERRIBLE past experiences. With purchasing at Henry Brown with Blake a while ago we figured we would give this a try. We worked closely with Jordan and Jeff who made this experience super easy, and weirdly enjoying! We will not go anywhere else to purchase vehicles, thank you both very much we are super excited!!”

“We bought a car from them in 2021 and the process was great. We waited about 7 months to get it and it was fine. I ordered another car back in March, knowing it would take a while for it to get in. I got updated until June. In September I reached out asking about our order, got one very short response but when I followed up with questions I didn't hear back. I tried emailing 2 salespeople I had worked. I emailed multiple times, called and left messages and have heard nothing. Now I've spent 2 weeks calling the store begging to speak with someone that can just get me my deposit back, they took messages and nothing. One more phone call today and I insisted to just talk to someone, not leave a message, that can get my deposit from 9 months ago back and finally got the process started. Hopefully they will follow through next week and I can get my deposit back. I understand there are still delays, I was fine with waiting months for the vehicle, but no communication, no returned messages, no returned phone calls....nothing. Not even an apology. I'm not sure what happened, but this will be my last time to try and buy a car with Henry Brown.”
