This was one of the best car buying experiences I ever had. My sales guy was Brian Madden and he wasn’t anything short of amazing. He was friendly, knowledgeable, informative and helpful. He made the guy buying process quick and simple and was responsive. I will definitely come back and buy a car from him. In addition to the sales guy, the finance manager I worked with, who was also named Brian was also very helpful, professional, and friendly. If you ever need to purchase a car, I would recommend this dealership and salesman/finance manager! Make sure to ask to work with both Brian’s!

My parents, fiancé, and I had an amazing experience today at Bill Luke Santan with special thanks to Spencer G. and Brian W. !! From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly friendly and professional. They both took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and made sure each step was fully understood before moving forward. Best experience buying a car hands down. Our sales man Todd was super patient and very transparent. Our finance gentleman was amazing too. If you need a car give this place a try. No hidden fees, no trying to up sale just good old fashion car buying.

My lease was ending at a Kia dealership at the end of February. I wanted to get a head start on doing some research for vehicles though I wasn't sure if I wanted to lease again or purchase. I had every intention of taking my time to find the right vehicle for me but that all quickly ended on Friday, December 26th. I happened to pay a visit to Bill Luke Santan and established a great relationship with Dustin. He was not only courtesy and patient but professional and understanding. There was never a time he pushed the vehicle(s) I was interested in just to make a sale. In fact, he did the quite opposite and after providing him a list of potential vehicles, he recommended the ones that were best suited for my lifestyle. Dustin treated me with class as an important customer. I even told him at the dealership, when I went to the Kia dealership, they called me bro and dude. I'm all for that by my friends but not in a professional environment when it comes to business deals. I eventually settled on a vehicle that I liked and felt it worked best for my life. Dustin ran the numbers, provided me with great insight as to payment / interest rates and even allowed Peter to join in on the conversation who then went into more detail about the vehicle and rates. It was excellent teamwork!! Bill Luke Santan, when you continue to bring in more employees, please use Dustin as one of the standards. Mature, classy, professional, easy to talk to and makes vehicle shopping enjoyable w/o any stress. Thank you Dustin for all your patience and cooperation!!! I will definitely pass the word to friends of mine looking for a vehicle and send them your way.

Overall really great experience. Working with dealers, you never know what you’re going to get & I was burned by one a few years ago. Coming into Bill Luke, I wasn’t quite sure what experience I was going to get but after it’s been said & done — I have to say it was great. Brian met me outside & was very straight forward (in a good way) & helped walked me through all the details of the purchase. The vehicle was still going through its final inspection but Brian was really knowledgeable on the vehicle & was not at all pushy. He was also pretty quick, which is huge when it comes to dealers. Brian followed up with me throughout the day on the status of the vehicle & called me once ready. He gave me a full breakdown of the truck once I got it & followed up with me the following day to see how things were going. Bill Luke, as a dealer, made the entire process so easy as well. No dealer fees added whatsoever & no negotiating made it all so easy. The 48 hour buyback & limited warranty they offer really gave me the confidence that I wasn’t going to have a repeat experience from a few years ago. For anyone in the market, Bill Luke SanTan offered such a great experience & specifically Brian, really made the whole process full!!
