“Let’s start from the beginning. I found the vehicle I was looking for, I contacted the dealership and my sales representative, Lilli was perfect. I honestly don’t know how long she’s been in the automotive business and that doesn’t matter because she is great at what she does. What does she do? Why is she so great? I guess you’ll have to go visit her and find out! But seriously, Lilli was very respectful, listened and didn’t try selling me on anything except what I came in for.
