Unfortunately, the dealership delayed sending the paperwork to the DMV for nearly a month, explaining that they only submit these documents once per month. After the paperwork was finally sent, I was informed that if the commercial plates do not arrive within one month, a new application would need to be submitted. As a result, I have been unable to properly operate the vehicle for commercial purposes for almost two months. This has caused me an average loss of approximately $1,000 per week. This situation reflects a serious lack of urgency and responsibility in handling time-sensitive commercial registration matters. Due to the financial damages incurred, I am reserving all legal rights and remedies available to me. I strongly advise anyone purchasing a vehicle for commercial use to obtain clear, written confirmation regarding DMV processing timelines before completing the transaction.”
