“I hate car shopping and the whole experience of the agent running back and forth to the manager. It’s stressful to me. And I told my agent as much. I wanted the best offer from the start. Eddie Young & Terry Clark put together an offer that I definitely couldn’t refuse. I still can’t believe the good deal that I got. Eddie & Terry were great to work with. The whole process was free of stress. Everyone there was so pleasant. I actually enjoyed the experience and I highly recommend Eddie & Terry and the whole Newton Nissan staff. They’re the best.”

“I purchased a used pick up truck from Newton Nissan on July 2nd with the intentions of it being my daily driver and being able to pull a camper we were considering buying. While test driving the truck our salesman, Jorge, stated the truck was all stock. While going through finance with Dustin an extended warranty was offered. I purchased the extended warranty for peace of mind. After having the truck for about three weeks I got a check engine light. I already had an appointment for some basic maintenance things so I took in my warranty paperwork so they could address the check engine issue at the same time. Upon picking up the truck I was informed the maintenance things were done but they were unable to address the check engine issue because of aftermarket emission modifications to the truck and the extended warranty wouldn't cover it because of the modifications. I took the truck to a diesel shop and had them go over the truck, only to find out even more emission modifications/deletes had been done than the other shop found. I called Jorge the same day, July 28, explained the situation. He told me I would have to speak to Dustin. I called Dustin, no answer at his extension. I emailed him requesting information on canceling the warranty/how to start that process. No acknowledgement or response. I called again on August 22, he wasn't in yet, called back and was transferred to Amanda. She stated Dustin had just gotten in and could she help me instead. I told her I was calling to cancel my extended warranty and she suddenly became very unhelpful and told me I would have to speak to Dustin. She would have him call me back, no call back received. In just under three months that I've had this truck it has been in the shop for almost a month leaving me without a vehicle. It has also racked up about $15,000 in repair receipts. I have a warranty that I can't use and no camper because of repair costs. At this point I've been told by several people to get a lawyer or better yet report them for selling the deleted truck. So buyer beware if you're planning on buying anything used from this dealership. I would keep looking.”

“The following men at Newton Nissan of Gallatin deserve a 5/5 Star rating: Antonio Vaughn (Express Service Advisor), Michael Harris(Service Manager), and Kevin Owens(Service Associate). If you need anything, I highly recommend this dealership. The key that starts, my car was worn out. I needed a new one but the dealerships and locksmiths closest to where I live in Kentucky we’re gonna charge me anywhere from $150 to nearly $400. I am so thankful I made an hour drive to Newton Nissan of Gallatin. They were extremely helpful and unlike the other places, I spoke with they were 100% honest with me. I only had to pay $8.98 for a new key. All the other places kept telling me my key had to be programmed or I needed a key fob. When all I needed it was just a standard key which I told them. Newton Nissan has some extra extraordinary employees who went above and beyond to help me. Such a wonderful experience. I spoke with their service manager as well he was super kind. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone. They will get my business in the future”

“Have bought numerous new cars over the years, in fact several from Newton Nissan. We ventured to the lot near close one evening after dinner to check out the 25 Armada. We were approached by a gentleman whom was very polite, there to answer questions and get a feel of what we were looking for. I explained we were taking our time on our next purchase and had been visiting dealerships to just see in person/sit inside/drive, vehicles that interested us. We went for a test drive, came back to the dealership, I informed him that we were still undecided and we would talk about it. He respected our wishes, we had already exchanged phone numbers by me supplying my proof of insurance. So, he asked if it would be okay if he followed up in a few days to touch base and answer any more questions that we had to which I told him that would be fine. That gentleman was fresh out of training that day, his name is Michael Grizzard, he works out of the pre-owned office there at Newton Nissan and even though we were on the New Sales side of the dealership, away from his “department”, he came over and welcomed us. I reached out to Michael the following day, he responded promptly, I informed him of our decision and that was the 25 Armada. I asked him to draw up the paperwork, get everything in order and let me know once he did. Not only did he do that, he made sure to ask if it was for the one we drove. I told him we were interested in another color to which I get messages of pictures of that vehicle in the color requested. I decided that morning, I was going to purchase the vehicle, that evening. I txt Michael asking if that would be okay and he said absolutely! I later discovered that it was in fact his day off, he took time out of his day/life to come the dealership and be there to shake my hand after the deal was finalized. He even stayed and waited for 3 more vehicles in front of us that were finalizing their purchases to make sure that everything stayed as presented, this was his third day out of training. Cannot say enough nice things about Michael Grizzard, if you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle, give Michael a call, he will help you anyway that he can.”

“I waited to post this for a month or so after buying a vehicle there. My experience with Shawn Long as my salesman was exceptional. They had my vehicle pulled up ready to test drive for when I arrived. They gave me a fair to generous amount for my trade in. I have a tendency to be indecisive when shown many options, but Shawn was patient and understanding with me and let me test drive other vehicles just so I knew that I was making the best buying decision for myself. The other employees were remarkably friendly, most dealerships I have been too, if it’s not their sale, they just ignore you. But I was able to strike up conversations easily with other salespeople and the manager came over a few times and checked in to make sure everything was going well. Overall it was a great experience and I’m very happy with the vehicle I received. Side note: I bought floor mats for my vehicle before I even got home, check your trunk if you are missing floor mats lol, the detailers might of forgotten to put them back in!”
