“My daughter and I stopped in today to look at new Honda CRV’s at Gallatin Honda. Olivian Balaj assisted us and was great to work with. Olivian was very knowledgeable, customer oriented, and just a super nice guy. Probably one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Olivian showed us the new 2026 Honda CRV’s but also showed us a preowned 2025 that had very few miles in brand new condition. He worked with us on the price of the 2025, offered a great warranty package and got my daughter where she needed to be on trade in of her 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. She purchased the 2025 Honda CRV. Olivian had the CRV detailed, transferred license plates and filled it up with gas. He even had a giant red bow placed on hood for her to get a couple of pictures.
