“I had a wonderful experience at CRISWELL! I called just as they opened to verify the truck I was looking at was actually on the lot. I drove 2.5 hours and when I arrived I sat down immediately with Mark and he made sure I was “registered” and started my trade-in appraisal paperwork and then we test drove the truck! We we returned I sat down with Stacy (planned) and she took good care of me. We went over the numbers, agreed on them and then I met Diane (Finance). She was able to beat my best rate and didn’t not push me to buy a bunch of extras I didn’t want. She helped get a deal on a warranty to meet my needs and make my out the door number. Overall my experience was one of the better ones I have had at a dealership. Love my new truck and would recommend Criswell to anyone looking. Thanks y’all!!”

“Right from the start, they were very responsive and answered via text right away, and we set up a time for me to check out the Jeep Gladiator. It was a very special color (Joose) so we were excited! Then Alvaro helped us; he is very knowledgeable about Jeeps. He was “just right” friendly and encouraging. Once we made the decision, it was very smooth, and everyone was extremely nice like they offered water and worked quickly to move the process! we feel like we got a great deal. I can’t remember the name of the finance guy but he was funny and made it very quick and easy. I got a great deal on the car loan. So we really like this Criswell Jeep Dodge dealership. it is actually our second time to buy a car from them. We feel very comfortable also getting maintenance through them.”

“The last few times I've taken my car in I haven't been pleased at all. This time was no different. I just took it on for an oil change. Was told will be ready in 1.5 hours at 10:30am. Was also told my car would be washed .I said ok I'll comeback. I was told I'd be contacted once it was done. I came back at 4-4:30ish. They couldn't find my invoice and I was never contacted. Didn't make a big deal about it. The issue i had was the recommendations that they say i needed and the work that was supposedly been done on my car. First on the list of task performed was... car washed silver wash. That's funny because my car was dirtier when I picked it up than I left it. I'm sorry, I used to love Criswell but they have been inconsistent. I'm not comfortable taking my car there thinking I'm going to get honest service. I'm even thinking about taking my car to an honest mechanic even though it would void my warranty. I'll pay the price for peace of mind. Pictured is my so called washed car.”

“Purchased multiple vehicles here and get them all serviced here. The dealership is clean with very nice waiting rooms. Two showrooms as one is for Jeep and the other is Chrysler and Dodge. The sales staff is great and iv had nothing but smooth transactions when I purchase here. Service advisors are nice and informative. You can drop off for an oil change and wait but I always make an appointment anyway. They earned my business and I won't get a Jeep anywhere else!”
