The service representative assisting me seemed stressed and seemed to project some attitude onto me and my partner. Since the service was expected to take a few hours, I requested a shuttle ride home. We ended up waiting over 30 minutes without any updates, and when I asked again, I was told to “wait a second,” which turned into another 20 minutes before we were finally taken. In total, it was nearly an hour just to get a shuttle. I understand that things can get busy, but better communication and willingness to ask for help would have made the experience much smoother. A dealership of this size should strive to provide timely, courteous service, even during busy times.”
