This was the easiest, smoothest car purchase I've made in easily 10 years. Curt Curtis, my salesman, was great. I went in to trade my 2023 Jeep Gladiator for a Mazda Miata Mx-5, and the way I was treated was awesome. From Curt to finance to delivery, everything was smooth and painless. Everyone treated me like I was buying a Maybach, not a Mazda. That is so hard to find in today's economy. Without a doubt, Curt and MB of Gainesville have gained a customer for life.

This dealership’s service department is, without exaggeration, one of the most incompetent, unprofessional, and disrespectful operations I have ever dealt with. My vehicle was returned to my residence—located approximately 45 minutes to an hour away—with only 10% battery charge, despite the fact that it was handed over to your service department with no less than 50% charge. You had possession of my vehicle from 12/17/2025 to 12/22/2025, yet not a single person demonstrated the most basic level of responsibility or courtesy by ensuring the car was adequately charged before returning it. Equally unacceptable is the disgraceful condition in which my vehicle was delivered. My husband explicitly requested that detailing be included, a request made directly to the service advisor, Alonzo Strickland. That request was either blatantly ignored or carelessly dismissed. The condition of the vehicle speaks volumes, and the photos make it impossible to deny the negligence. It is hard not to conclude that this substandard treatment was retaliatory, stemming from our refusal to purchase tires and an alignment through your service department—solely because Alonzo Strickland refused to honor a price match. Expecting a customer to pay over $2,800 for a service that is readily available elsewhere for $1,300 with genuine Mercedes tires is absurd and insulting. This experience is unacceptable by any standard, but especially so for a dealership that brands itself as “high-end.” What I received was not premium service—it was careless, dismissive, and utterly embarrassing for a dealership of this caliber.

While owning any car can be fraught with the headaches of daily maintenance and needed longevity repairs, I have found MBG to be professional, prompt, and polite! From repairs with service writer Patrick Bowles, to sales with Angela Monroe, each interaction has been genuine...there is an element of "caring" that we consumers need in this "interesting" period in our nation. A Tampa dealership revealed their lack of integrity, yet it was restored the first time I returned to have my car serviced in Gainesville! Thank you each for being a viable part of the "good" we need, in individuals and our world-at-large! Three, of the 30 cars I have owned, the '20 E 300 is one of the best handling, and most efficient.

Working here in Gainesville, From NC. My car has always been serviced by Mercedes so when the window was smashed out I told insurance company Progressive to tow car to local Mercedes dealership as I know what type of service you get with any Mercedes dealership. Boy was I wrong. Just had my CLA 250 there for 100,000 mile service and was told all was ok just needed basic service. After driver side window was smashed at my rental place here in Gainesville took car back to local Mercedes dealership off of 34th ave. The repairs were repaired however they sold me a battery after just servicing the car 2 weeks ago $450.00 after being told the battery was holding a charge and good to go. After the repaired driver door and replaced smashed window $5200.00 later I go to pick up car only to find glass still in seats, floor front and back. No clean up no details still dirty with glass which they repaired. Asked for the service manager: Josh Tanner, was told first that he would be right out then was told he was not there today. Worse ever service and customer service ever. If this is a Mercedes dealership your customer service is awful and no one should take their Benz there. It is and was the worse ever experience for repairs that I have encountered and this is my 4 Benz. I would run away from this place and not take my car there for service EVER. See photos yourself of how they delivered my CLA 250 back to me! Totally unacceptable and discussed!!!!!

Henry Freeman made our experience so enjoyable. Not only did we make a great deal on our Range Rover we made a friend. He made the difference in the deal. He is a great salesman and I would suggest you contact him if you need to be taken care of. We are new to the area and Mercedes Benz of Gainesville treated us very well. We appreciated how quickly the deal went and how we did not have to haggle at all. They were very honest and helpful. I would recommend Mercedes-Benz of Gainesville if you are looking for a Mercedes or a nice high end vehicle.
