“I bought a Hyundai from Parks almost two years ago. The first couple of times I brought my car in for service the department seemed slow and disorganized. The last two times that I used Parks the service has been much better. Today I used their new mobile service for the first time and it was a great experience. Nakia and Zach were terrific, the work was done properly and in a timely manner, and it all took place in my driveway without missing time from afternoon chores.”

These guys at parks ford of Gainesville did an exceptional job at helping us purchase our 2024 ford cruise.
First Josh was helping us and several other customers at the same time. When I say he worked with us and keep us informed on every step of the purchase . He customer service is a A+. He was very down to earth and a pleasure to talk to . He worked very late to make sure we were taken care of . He made our experience a pleasurable one. I would highly recommend him to anyone!!! “I took my car to be serviced for a recall for the front brake hose and nothing more. A week later, my check engine light came on. After looking over the vehicle myself before I scheduled an appointment to take it back to the dealership, I checked the oil and it was way above the fill level. I was probably a month or so from needing an oil change and the oil on the dipstick wasn’t dark oil that had been in the engine for a while, it was fresh oil. I drained the oil and it ended up being close to 10 quarts. My car only calls for 6. I called the service department and asked did they have cameras in the work bays to see who and why oil was added to my car and immediately got the run around and then they started blaming the excess oil on whoever previously changed it which was months ago. There is no way that oil from months ago would be that clear and fresh.”

“Had two great experiences with the service center. Our service advisor, Devon, went above and beyond both times to make sure we were satisfied. Communicated constantly with us and made sure we had the proper size loaner to accommodate our family when our car had to be there for two weeks.
Just had an oil change with Devon being my advisor as well, and he made it very smooth for me while I was waiting. Quick oil change makes for a happy customer.”
