“This dealership tried to sell me a base Porsche Cayman as a Porsche Cayman T. Advertised it and all as the upgraded model. If it weren't for me doing my due diligence once I noticed something wasn't adding up with the car. I would have paid for premium and got regular and would have been stuck with something Ireally didn't want. Be careful dealing with these people. Especially if you're buying from over the net because you're not local to them.”

Thomas- was perfect walking my wife through the test drive, sharing the Car Fax and numbers, helping with my offer, and then the post purchase training. Today’s cars need a good training up front. Thomas was exceptional with his demeanor and no pressure approach. 2. The delivery space - it’s a great place to sit in an enclosed space and listen and learn without any outside world distractions. 3. Showroom- clean, comfortable and nice drinks and snacks. 4. Harold in financing was terrific. Make sure you leave money in your budget for the after sale maintenance programs. Audi Care is a definite purchase. All in all Audi Gainesville is a terrific experience. Would buy from again!”

“Thomas and the whole crew at Audi did an amazing job. Thomas was quick to respond to my many questions and once we finally decided to get the car they had everything ready for us when we got there. The best surprise was having my car presented in a fancy clean garage bay with literally the red carpet rolled out. I took one test drive and loved it even more! The notary lady had all the ppwk done In advance and was very knowledgeable About the process. We were done in about 1 hour. The whole staff was pleasant from the gift shop lady to the service tech. Everyone was happy we were there and made sure we were comfortable and noticed. After the purchase Thomas went through all the specs of the car to make Sure I knew what all the buttons did 😁. Honestly the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. I would highly recommend!”
