“We had called in looking for a hard to find part, and of course we had just missed the parts department, but luckily April was the one to answer the call!! She went above & beyond helping us find the part. She stayed on the phone helping us for almost an hour. We were close by so she had gone to the back and pulled all the parts that could be in stock. When we had arrived, she had them all laid out waiting for us. Unfortunately, they didn’t have it in stock. So we were back on the hunt. But finally April had found it for us!! She made sure it was ordered. Today, she personally called us to let us know that the part had come in! We can’t thank her enough.
