I had an excellent experience working with Muhammad Ali Shamsi at David McDavid Honda of Frisco. I am Chinese and I do not speak English very well, but Muhammad Ali Shamsi was extremely patient, respectful, and kind throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything slowly and clearly so I could understand. He never rushed me and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my decision. Buying a car can sometimes feel stressful, especially when there is a language barrier, but Muhammad Ali Shamsi made the experience very easy and enjoyable for me. He treated me with great care and professionalism from the beginning until the end. I truly felt that he cared about helping me and making sure I had a good experience. Muhammad Ali Shamsi is honest, knowledgeable, and very helpful. It is rare to find someone who is this dedicated to taking care of their customers. Wonderful experience!!!! From beginning to end, it was so smooth and the fastest process I have ever had buying a car. Masud was so nice and engaging, finishing my transaction fast and hassle free! I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car!! Jose did a fantastic job showing me all the features of the car and answering all my questions. Two thumbs up to his sales style. I walked out satisfied with price and will definitely go to David McDavid first in the future.

I bought my first new truck in over 10 years yesterday, a Honda Ridgeline. In the past, too many of my purchase experiences have been somewhat anxiety producing. This was not the case this year. My salesman, Justin, put me at ease immediately and explained The process In detail. This time, it was actually a very pleasant experience and the process was much better than expected Thanks to Justin. Over the past 25+ years I have bought three vehicles from David McDavid. I recommend them highly and recommend Justin as well. By the way, I got a great deal :-)!

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but the experience my daughter Madison had buying her new 2026 Honda HR-V deserves every bit of recognition possible. From the very first moment we met him, Ben made the entire process not just easy—but truly exceptional. I’ve purchased many vehicles over the years, and I can honestly say I’ve never encountered a sales professional who went so far above and beyond. Ben’s professionalism, courtesy, and genuine care for his customers are on another level. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made my daughter feel completely comfortable, and handled every detail with an incredible level of attention. I visited the dealership yesterday, I bought my car last month with the other dealership, and now heard some noise on my window driver side. I went to my dealership last week but they made me wait for 5hrs but still cant find whats is going on and told me to wait more but I insist and pull off my car. I decided to look for another dealership so I visited here yesterday with the same concern (noise on my window) hoping they can fix it. Within 2hrs they said they cant hear any noise, I told them I can drive with their technician but then after I told that in 5mins they said they found the problem. Initially I was patiently waiting and hoping my car will be fix here. They extend for more 2 hrs, 3hrs and so until I told them I have an appointmet at 3:30pm to my PCP. Ive been there from 8:20am. Total waiting time of 8hrs. Finally it was done and fix at 3:30pm. Get my Car, while driving going to my next appointment (PCP) I still heard noise, they said they replacd the left run channel, my left window and side mirror also is so greasy and dirty, I inspect the door, found chip on my inner door, the run channel is so loose as well. My door is hard to close sometimes, and I think they did something wrong in putting that run channel. I am very disappointed to the service of this dealership. I will not let them touch my caelr again. I had my 2 other cars with different brand and never experience this kind of service to the dealership. I just read some reviews and it was too late for me to know. They said they will try to fix everything including the chip inside the door but I will let them touch my car again. I will never trust this dealership. I went to them hoping my car will be fix, its a 1month old but instead of fixing it, it has more problem now. The owner should do something especially with their mechanic personel or technician. It cause me a lot of wasted time and trouble.
