“To anyone looking to get their car serviced here whether it’s an oil change, maintenance, service. I’d highly suggest going elsewhere. I came in for a simple oil change and they gave me a complimentary car wash. I got my car back after they were done and it’s was completely ruined with swirls and spins marks. When I spoke to the advisor responsible and the car detailer no one could figure out where my car went and who washed it. Neither party took responsibility and weren’t willing to fix it. Do yourself the favor and go somewhere for better service. Update: If there was a miscommunication between your advisors, I’m unclear why no one was able to tell me where my vehicle was or who was responsible for handling it. Additionally, your detailer stated that none of his employees worked on my car. At this point, it appears the issue is not a simple miscommunication, but rather that there is no clear record of where my vehicle went, and no effort is being made to resolve the situation.”

“There are absolutely no words to express the experience I had with Big Star Cadillac. I had been looking for an Escalade just to browse and wasn't set on making a purchase just browsing. The salesman Benito Sanchez was very patient, non forceful, and answered every question we had. He told us that when we were ready to let him know. It was almost 4 months since we had visited and not once was I hounded about my visit. When we were ready I called and made an appointment and he remembered us and was ready to help. We went in told him what we wanted and we still were not sure we would make a purchase that day. Benito pulled out every car he had that was to our description and there she was. A black on black Escalade 600 just got in and I said that's the one. We never test drove it that's how much faith and trust I had in Benito. He made our purchase experience one of the Best I have ever had in my life. To us he is family. We were walked through how the vehicle worked and what each button meant. I don't even need a car but I just want to go and hang out. Go and see my guy Benito Sanchez at Big Star Cadillac, you won't regret it. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY CADI!”

“I had such a cringe and unprofessional experience. Crystal told me she would provide numbers for both options, leasing vs. financing, and never followed through. I waited, gave time, and then had to be the one to follow up (which already says a lot). When I did follow up, instead of accountability or professionalism, I was met with attitude. If you don’t want to do the work or communicate clearly, don’t promise it in the first place. It’s that simple. This is basic car-sales 101: provide the numbers so the customer can make an informed decision. Failing to do that and then giving attitude when asked about it is unacceptable. Buying a car is a major financial decision, and I left feeling disrespected and annoyed rather than helped. I would not recommend working with Crystal, and this experience alone was enough to make me take my business elsewhere. I have attached our exchange via text. Update: Ruben from the Big Star dealership called me to help make things right. He was extremely kind and apologized, but I couldn’t get over the disrespect from Crystal. Luckily, I was able to make a deal with another Houston dealership over the phone that accommodated my busy working mom schedule and picked up my brand new Escalade on Saturday!
