I’ve purchased two cars here previously, from Frank Amparano. Frank is awesome and the sales department has always been great to work with, but this review is to recognize the (just as amazing) service department. I brought my Ioniq 6 in for an issue with the driver side active air flap. The service team deemed the part faulty and replaced the air flap actuator accordingly, under warranty. Unfortunately, the part is very difficult to replace and the bumper was scratched up during the process. Upon being walked out to my vehicle, I noticed and pointed out the scratches to the service advisor (Nelson). He decided to partner with his manager (Facundo). Both assured me that I could bring my car back later on the next week and get the bumper polished/touched up. This is the part that sounds like it would result in a nightmare at most dealerships, right?? But not at Lithia Hyundai of Fresno. These guys took my car to their body shop, gave me a loaner car for over a week, and went above and beyond, having the entire front bumper repainted at no charge to me. They also quickly updated me upon completion and made the pick up process really easy, even offering to stay open past regular their business hours to get my car back to me. My lease goes back in July and I cannot wait to give Lithia Hyundai of Fresno my business again because of their excellent customer service in every department.

If you're looking for a car, go see Rafael Garcia! I hate dealing with sales people and Rafael lucky was the sales person who approached us when we pulled up here. He was very calm and friendly, not pushy or trying to sell me anything I wasn't interested in 🙂 This whole process was amazing and made me feel very comfortable. Thank you Lithia Hyundai and Rafael Garcia. I HAVE A NEW CAR!!!!

I regret purchasing from this dealership even though I love the car itself. We purchased comprehensive maintenance stuff for our new vehicle because it’s a family vehicle and I’m pregnant. I seriously regret this. We broke our own rules in the name of future peace of mind and so far it’s been one bad experience in the service department after another. There is no accountability and the service people do not have common sense. They will lie about what needs maintenance to upsell. They told me my air filter needed to be changed. What they didn’t know is that we had just changed the air filter in our cars a few days before. My wife even checked when I got home and it was clean as a whistle. I’m only taking the vehicle to their service department because we have free oil changes. I went again today and requested the locking nuts to be removed with our scheduled oil change. We unfortunately discovered a month prior that the service department must have lost our lug key that’s kept in the front dash because we had a flat that needed repair and couldn’t find the key. The dealership refused to replace the key after my wife called. Today I asked for the locks to be removed. I assumed they’d be replaced and I would be charged for the non-locking lugs especially after specifying I didn’t want to purchase new locking lugs when I was offered them. I didnt realize that they literally hadn’t replaced the lugs until I got home. So they sent a 9 month pregnant woman home in vehicle whose 3 tires were missing lug nuts rather than charging me for 3. Mind you, I’m having to do this because they lost the part in the first place and won’t cop to it. We’ll be driving out of town to the next dealership to get future work but this has been crazy. I mean you made my vehicle unsafe and sent me home in it. If you couldn’t replace the nuts I should have been told. I would have brought them in myself the next time instead. Update: Contacted the GM immediately as requested in the review response and have yet to receive a response back to the email sent.

Brad the general manager is the best in the valley. Him and his team, including our sales associate, Oscar, have helped me find the car i needed. I appreciate all that they've done to accommodate and make it a quick process! Highly recommend coming here for your next car!
